This is driving me nuts -
I'm just wanting to experiment with activating the debug mode so I can try the cheats.
It says on the 'net to add, or change, (it's unclear) a line in YSF_WIN.INI to GameClearFlag=1 or 3 or something!
You're then supposed to be able to press F1-F5 for various different things.
Yeah - not working!
Has anyone else pulled this off?

GameFirstPlay=1 GameClearFlag=3 GameClearFlagNightMare=1 GameClearFlagEasy=1 TitleTimeAttackIndex=6
The file originally contains those strings. Change the values to the ones above. That should do it.

Seldane - thankyou, thankyou, THANKYOU!
That worked PERFECTLY!
And, (of course), it was different info to that which is available on just about every game cheat site on the 'net.
Mind-boggling.

Oh, erm... I knew there's a mode like that, but I don't know which string triggers it. Hmm. Try changing TitleTimeAttackIndex=6 to 1. I was a little unsure whether or not to include that one in my earlier post as I'm not entirely sure what it does.

I'm sorry, but, this guy Adol has turned into a complete @#$%hole!! The only people in the town he can talk to now are those behind counters. Everyone else gets slashed by his sword! He shouldn't even be equiped in town. *sigh* I tell you what though - you do get some great experience killing people in the town. ***** OK - this is really messed up now - when you die, you're, erm, dead. Adol is laying on the ground, music playing, no game over message. Also, when I exit the game, I now get the "this program has caused an error and must be closed blah blah blah"

Change title time attack to 0, that should work.
