Config Utility won't come up?

(Sorry if this was addressed anywhere else- I scoured the threads but found no such issue. ^^; )

As the subject indicates... for some reason, nowadays, the configuration utility for Felghana refuses to come up when I clicky it!

It's worked just fine before, and I've not done anything to the game so far beyond install Falcom's latest patch for it. I tried reinstalling the game over the existing stuff to see if that would help, but no good.

Needless to say, I'm a little baffled. o.O? Any words of wisdom to help me fix this puzzle, folks? Should I just uninstall the game and reinstall? I'm not very keen to lose my save data....

Try to uninstall it. Doing so won't hurt your save files. If you're curious (or want to back-up your saves), they can be found here:

C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Application Data\Falcom

In this folder, you can also find the config file which the configuration utility writes to directly. You can manually config the game by fiddling with that file, in case the utility still won't work.
