Still no reply tho. Falcom must be busy shipping out the game. I didn't even know about this game until like a week ago. I should have ordered earlier.
The last Falcom PC game I bought was Ys oath in felghana. I recently bought Legend of heroes on PSP and I loved it. Since people mentioned that VI is the best, I thought I might as well give in and buy it. I seriously hope falcom replies today.

ahhh..... man if this game weren't so text-heavy I'd order it been watching the trailer quite often... it has a good theme. Guess I'll at least order the OST.

Just got mine today as well! Too bad I have to go to work, or I'd try it out right now...

I was also very impressed with the photo story book as well. The detail in there is unreal, I couldn't believe how much of the first chapter is covered in there. It's practically all there!

Ok they've finally replied. They said they are willing to accept my order. I just said it's ok. Hopefully they've sent it today!

That is quite nice looking. I would get it, but to be honest I didn't really care much for the first one. Not really all that fun if you can't understand the story.

I bought the FC+SC COMPLETE version because I never actually owned the first chapter (I had borrowed it from a friend). I comes in a thick, glossy collector's box that stores both games and the manuals. The art on the box is amazing -- incredibly colorful! Of course, it didn't come with the special edition bonuses. It did, however, come with the music CD single. There are two vocal tracks and then "less vocal" versions of the same songs (they still have background humming and whatnot). There's also the "game opening version" of the first track, which is the shortened version that is used in the game, I believe. My only regret is not ordering the photo story book, as I love the art of this series. I may just have to place another order soon!

I have bought a few drama cds in the past, for the purpose of obtaining bonus tracks. Falcom did a great job on the opening to this game, they didn't skip one beat. You could call this game Sora no Kiseki: disc 2. That's how well it flows from one disc to the next.

What do you think of the game music so far, gamemusicfreak?

90% of the musics are taken from first chapter.

I figured they would do that too. After all, the game takes place in the same world, and when it starts out you hear a bunch of the familiar stuff at first. Many of the locations already had established themes. I really like the battle theme in this one more than the first chapter.
Great music, just not a lot of new compostions. I haven't played it as much as the others yet, but again it's a lot of fun.

I don't mind if 90% of the tracks are the same - I WANT THE THEME

Actually, there are 43 new songs in addition to the 55 tracks from the first chapter. I haven't actually listened to them all, so some of them may just be remixes of old songs.

I love all the new music I've heard so far. Falcom never fails in the music department.

This is starting to sound really cheap. There isn't much new stuff in it at all, huh?

Since it costs as much as a new game, well - a new game. Making a "second chapter" doesn't mean you must use the same world and music.

true look at Ys 1 and Ys 2 they were both directly linked taking place only a matter of minutes of each other and they were able to add all new stuff. that is how i thought this game was going to be. i still think it looks good though, but RPGs like this are not fun for me to play in japanese. i hope someone does a english patch
