Seems that Play-Asia has parts 1 and 2 of Sora no Kiseki up for sale Click!. Anyone out there know whether or not this is a good deal?

I see. I know there was a post somewhere around here that gave instructions on how to order from Falcom, I just can't seem to find it. . .

Well, after 25 days of waiting, the order came back from Play Asia unfilled, and the game has an out of print/out of stock tag on it. Was the 1 & 2 box a limited time deal? Or is it possible to wait for a new shipment?

I got the same message from Play Asia. I sent Falcom an e-mail inquiring about the game. Are there any other online retailers that carry this game?

Falcom is the way to go. I swear they get your package to you soo fast. Within 3 to 5 days. I actually got my last package from falcom on a sunday. I have never in my life gotten mail on a sunday.
....not to mention the 100% perfect shape they come in. Not a mark, or dent. Being a collector, I have never seen games in such brilliant shape. Most online retailers, especially over seas, the boxes get mashed up, and are not handled well at all. Falcom takes pride in there merchandise.

I haven't received a response to my e-mail yet. How long does it take for them to reply?

Okay. That is a lot of time. Do you know of any other places besides Play Asia and Himeyashop that sell Japanese PC Gaming software?

I've ordered from Falcom on a number of occasions, and each time I've gotten a response within 2 days. There are a couple of pre-written emails that they make small changes to and send you. So it's best to keep things very simple. Here's something similar to what I would send:

I'll try that.

Just be patient. It doesn't take 2 days everytime. I've just got an email from them coz I've added some items to my order. It took them like 6 days to answer.

Yeah, don't go crazy. I'm sure it sometimes takes a while to get a response. I just wasn't sure if you had sent them a straight-forward email, or maybe something convoluted and difficult for them to understand. That's why I included an example of something I would send.

Hmm, it sounds like there may have been a problem with the email you sent them. Did you only send one message?
If so, you should probably try sending another one. Double check the address you're sending the email to. It should be user-sup@falcom.co.jp. Also make sure that it's very clearly written, like the example I posted before.
Hopefully things will go smoother for you this time around.

Did you check your spam/bulk mail folder for the reply? I've never heard of a Falcom email being filtered out, but it definitely COULD happen... -Tom I have made multiple attempts to send the e-mail. I received no reply and it looks like their e-mail server rejected my messages. Can anyone offer assistance? I still want this game and piracy in any form simply will not do.

Try using a different e-mail account. Gmail works fine for me.
