Hmm... control looks kind of floaty, from the way he moves. Time will tell...
And for those wondering, the people on the show are speaking with normal Japanese intonations and cadence. Notice how much faster and less exaggerated it is than anything you hear in anime or movies.
Yeah, it does seem a bit... unpolished. It's better than what we were seeing in the screen-stills, but... it's no Alundra. And, considering the upgrade in technology since old Alundra... this looks like it'll probably end up another bargain binner like the PS2 Ys III. Could be worse, though. We'll have to see whether it's decent or not when it gets released.

AUUUUGGGGHHH MAGICBOX SPEAK MUST DIE KILL KILL KILL!!!
...sorry. One of my pet peeves. I blame the Magic Box for popularizing the misuse of "release" in the gaming media. It's a transitive verb, and they always say "so-and-so will release in April" or whatever. Games don't release, they get released. And that @#$%ing bastardization of English grammar is now in common use, even by otherwise-decent places like Gamespot.
We all have our quirks. Meet one of mine.
Heh heh. xD Well, considering I do my fair share of writing, I believe I deserve to have my grammar corrected when I screw it up. Fixed it, by the way.

The character art in the cinemas looks very similiar to what they did in Ys III for the PS2. I thought Ys III was very enjoable yet way too easy so I'm just hoping this Mask of the Sun remake isnt way too easy as well.
