did not install eng patch, have jap language installed though i personally use chinese version of windows, tried applocale to install and play, tried without, tried starting game in compat mode, tried 16bit mode, tried copying the system files in cd1 to the desktop then loading cd2 to it while starting the game exe with all of the above method, nothing works, i get this same error again and again, even on the old inrto exe.
