Gah, I wish I had some money to spare right now. When someone with a scanner gets this, might he/she be so kind as to scan the bestiary pages for me, so I can make up a proper page on my website? Maybe I'll change my order to two copies so I can butcher one and leave the other intact. Ohohoho.

Gah, Ys-related printed media? ;_; I must have it! But dammit, I was sort of holding off on ordering...
Ah well. I do need to order a backup copy of the Oath in Felghana Visual Fanbook... among other things.

Ordered! x2! +Gurumin guidebook just because. Hopefully, the weight of the package won't make it $50 shipping. :P
But I guess the earliest I'll get "Is this okay?" e-mail is tomorrow. :/

Man, EMS sucks. I wish Falcom would offer standard airmail.

Man, EMS sucks. I wish Falcom would offer standard airmail. d000000000000000de, if I'm ordering over $50 US worth of stuff from outside Canada, I MAKE SURE I get EMS. I've had stuff lost in the mail before! So~!! I want tracking and insurance, dammit! (Too bad Falcom doesn't actually GIVE you the tracking number unless you ask. >_>) Let's just hope they send the 3 books I want or else it's even more of a pain than a package being lost in the mail. :P But since it's Falcom, I might just forgive them. w00t. Can't wait for customs to catch this one. >_>

Not even if the contents are way too expensive to get lost in the mail. That has yet to happen for me. Well, except for one time - which ironically was the FIRST time I ordered something from abroad. What's even more ironic is that EMS is actually slower than standard airmail, at least to Europe. I know I've said that before, but it pisses me off so much that I have to say it again and again. EMS sucks!

I'm surprised the thought of Gurumin doesn't send you running for the hills, Deuce As for EMS... I agree with Seldane actually. It's at least the same speed as EMS if not slower to here, and airmail is a fair bit cheaper. I don't ever use EMS if I don't have to, the only viable speed shipping option to here is DHL, really, and they love taxing you. I'll still be using it for Gurumin though, cus I'm impatient like that, but I've bought loads using airmail, some cheap, some like $130 game limited editions, and I've never lost anything. Plus it's about half the price and when uninsured rarely ever gets stopped by customs. I'd order this if I didn't have like, no money left on my credit card (stupid student low limit). Maybe next month.

Obviously, you have much better postal staff and system than we do. :/ EMS works like it's supposed to over here though. Sometimes, I seriously get the stuff in like 3 days after they're shipped. @_@;

Wait... 3 days is amazing? Airmail to here takes like, 4 working days. And DHL Express is more like just less than 2.

Ordered Origin by Airmail. It got lost.
It's the first thing I've had lost in the post (actually, the second, although the sender of the first thing somehow found it in his local post office and resent it, and I got it!)
So yeh. Not sure whether I'll be using standard airmail anymore.

I was utterly shocked when it arrived so freakin' fast. @_@; What I like more is ordering from local shops (like Future Shop and Best Buy) that get their stock from warehouses in my city. XD It's like "We have shipped your item today!" and then it's on the doorstep the next day. ^_____^ What pisses me off is that they LET you choose airmail express as a shipping option. I did that once and never again once I saw the address of where the stuff came from. :P (Er, it's on the package and invoice in the package only.) It's like a 20-minute drive on local roads to the warehouse!

I seriously JUST got home. I didn't even really get a chance to go through the books. However, I can confirm that the names of the names of the monsters ARE listed in the Ys Origin guide and that it covers all 3 character routes and the game in its entirety. Now to really get cracking on polishing up the walkthrough. ^^ OH YEAH! Falcom sent the package as a gift again with no declared value! ^O^~ I think they're actually breaking some law with our country by doing that. I love them. <3

The YsO Official Perfect Guide book will include the add-on program (on CD). Hmm...better order it, then.
