Nah, that's just a KOKIA song someone paired up to the Ys Origin opening animation. I'm not quite sure which tune of hers that is; it's not on any of the CDs I have. Regardless, KOKIA makes wonderful music, and she has a beautiful voice. Any of her stuff comes highly recommended.

Well, that's a great song, and the first time I've ever heard KOKIA. I almost thought she did the vocals for Legend of Mana, then I checked and it was someone named "Annika". They sound similar, I'd like to hear more KOKIA though definitely sometime.

At risk of veering into the land of offtopic (for this area of the boards, anyway)... here are some of my personal favorites out of her repetoire. I really adore her vocal stylings; they're incredibly distinct and beautiful. Tomoni: www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRcXtsh6TB0Ai no Melody: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eJhfFezHCUChouwa -oto-: www.youtube.com/watch?v=L77L4Kulv9Y Last one's an AMV (Suikoden) but it's all I could find with that song. Want more? Pop in KOKIA on Youtube and you're sure to turn up a variety of stuff. So there you go. More KOKIA.

I almost thought she did the vocals for Legend of Mana, then I checked and it was someone named "Annika". "Annika" is Swedish. I think I read somewhere that she felt ashamed for singing that (made the lyrics too I believe).

Sarah Brightman is also great. Love her stuff. ..And that IS a shame about Annika. I rather liked that song. Though now it makes me curious to hear more by her.
