Any Adol stuff that was in the original release was unfinished code and not really meant to be used. I'd imagine the other difficulties would be functional but probably not fine-tuned which is why they remained unused as well. Just wait a couple of weeks for the upgrade disc.

I haven't heard back yet, but I only e-mailed them last night, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt...

I used order_h19@falcom.co.jp as well, since the last time I sent to the user-sup@falcom.co.jp address, I got a "reply" back almost instantly, informing me to use their new one. I assume they've got that one set up to reject and give auto-replies. Still haven't heard back yet on the CD order.

actually 1.0.0.2 was complete. easy, nightmare and adol in time attack mode all played very well. at this point i retract the question. If you've gotten the upgrade disc you can see some proof that whatever Nightmare code in the original release was simply Hard mode with a few minor stat modifiers. Here's a video showing Dalles in Nightmare on 1.0.0.2: www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWfIRy0fc1UNow try Dalles in Nightmare on the upgrade disc.. you'll see the difference IMMEDIATELY.. and there's some not-so-immediate differences as well, specifically that magic costs about twice as much MP and that Boost goes away about three times faster.
