Just send them an e-mail telling them you want one YsO Extra DVD, the serial number which is included in the YsO box (it's on a funny slip of paper), your credit card #, the name of the card holder, your name, address and phone number. That's all there is to it.

Hey!, thanks alot! I tried looking for their email and I wasn't sure which or where to find it =P. Is it on the white piece of paper folded in half? It has like a small stamp area and 2 numbers on there, one was stamped and the other came printed on the paper. So to recap 1) whats the email address I'm supposed to email? 2) is it that white piece of paper? 3) which number is it? the one thats stamped or printed with the paper? and lastly how much money? thanks a million to whoever answers I'm feel liek a noob/ very incompetent right now. dealing with other languages make me feel really lost. so thanks alot!

1. It's order_h19@falcom.co.jp -- I *think* that's their new e-mail. 2. It's a white piece of paper with (I think) a blue-ish ink. 3. It's the number that has "SN:" (or some obvious english characters) before it -- for "Serial Number"
Also: It's 630 Yen for shipping and handling, which is approx. $6.00 (USD) according to my unit converter. The actual disk is "free"; pay only shipping and handling.
Also: I must amend my previous statement; the name of the actual product is "YOEX Ys Origin Tuika Program". Once you've placed the order, they should send a response, like so:

It's not much to wait for, trust me. And if you need it so badly, you can just download it. I found it to be a huge waste of money.

I read something on their website using babelfish... did they stop the distribution of the extra dvd then? =( Has Babelfish gotten any better? I stopped using that thing like 4 years ago. It was SUCH A HORRIBLE TRANSLATOR! That's not to say that there are ones that give perfectly accurate translations but seriously, if you wanted totally nonsensical crap, you use Babelfish. :B For what it's worth, I use Nifty and Freetranslation.com as well as the JDIC from my Japanese word processor program.
