Super robot shows? I can't say I like them either...
I picked up Death Note earlier... It's pretty similar to Code Geass. Perhaps too similar. And like Varion mentioned about Code Geass, Death Note is an entertaining train wreck.
I also saw .hack//G.U. Trilogy, which completely makes up for the bad animation in .hack//Roots.

I see a Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle in that list~ X'D I also see a Kuroshitsuji! ........I wonder why I'm actually following this series, by the way? I mean, the characters are absolutely hateful, the story is kind of pointless (so far) and...... well, it's quite.... meh~ But still, I'm following it. (Pretty art?) And ye have finally made me go off and download the rest of the Tsubasas after chapter (chaiptre~~~~ XD) 219 now. Let us see if the two have finally moved beyond one inch now and Syaoran has finally managed to grab Sakura's hand after almost 30 chapters. As for on topic stuffs, I be currently reading Ral Grad. I'm assuming it's following a storyline which is totally new and has nothing to do with the game, Blue Dragon? It's very nice though~ And I wants the game now! D: And to pull out a nunuu-like list of what I be following otherwise each week/month: -Bakuman -Gintama -Fullmetal Alchemist -Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle! XD (Though I suppose with a two month break, it no longer counts as 'following'? :'D) -Kuroshitsuji (why...?? Why am I reading this?! D:) ....aaaand ...that's it? *looks at measly list in comparison*

*looks at measly list in comparison* I'm glad I'm not into all the romancey shoujou stuff or the sports manga or else my list would explode. :V :V is an awesome emoticon, BTW. Dunno what it means though!

I SEE A DETROIT METAL CITYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY~ ON THAT LIST D:
So anyway, I really haven't been watching/reading much anime/manga at all the past several years, but I've had a bit of a revival recently.
Anime: -Axis Powers Hetalia (<333) -Gundam 00 -Detroit Metal City
Manga: -Axis Powers Hetalia -K-On!
Last year I also watched Kodomo no Jikan and Oku-sama wa Joshi-Kōsei. KnJ was especially good, and I can't wait for the second season. Oku-sama wasn't as good, but it was definitely worth watching, as it gave me plenty of giggles.

I finally got to watching the Ys anime after picking up the box set for 5 dollars. Very good stuff, though a bit cheesy

My favorite cheesy moment so far was in the first episode when Adol is working for the guy who ends up giving him the boat and the working montage ends with the guy's arms folded, nodding approvingly. Something about that was so good in a 'wow this is lame' kind of way
The story's actually well told though, though not exactly the most true to the games. It makes me hurt for Ys7 even more though, seeing Adol and Dogi fight in tandem like that...
Also, a few things at the dub. It's mostly good but 1. LOL at keeping Luther's song in Japanese 2. Fer...Furgera? Not Redmont? Or even Felghana, like they say in the Japanese dub? Why in the...

That could actually be a good way of explaining why the two Ys IVs were so different and why III's story was revamped for Oath, now that I think about it.

I agree about the story. It actually made me care that Sarah died instead of in the games where it's like 'wow I backtracked to Minea for nothing thanks alot'
And yeah, the music placement in the dub is lacking. I'm not sure how it is in the Japanese audio yet but the localizers SURE love First Step Towards Wars and Palace of Destruction...
The outtakes, I did see, and I enjoyed them. I loved when they're giving Adol the healing herbs and they say 'they can be eaten or drank' and Adol adds 'or smoked!'
Also this anime reminded me that I really wanna play an Ys game where you actually go to Adol's original home

Oh my god, I'm in tears, hahahaha!
Been spending the evening catching up on Umineko, and Battler's lines at the end of episode 11 are simply hysterical. What a lecherous bastard. XD

So did I, only reason I remembered it is because a bunch of People metioned it at AUSA over the Weekend. What a coincidence! I'm reading a Darker Than Black title right now (Shikkoku no Hana). XD Also! It wasn't just normal people that mentioned it but special People?? :O (Eh, don't mind me being dumbbbbbbb.)

Rewatching Casshern Sins although this time I'll finish it. It is one of the best things I've ever seen, but partly because it is based on old school goodstuff. The story is great, the character development is great, and some of the episodes have made me tear up/cry on both viewings! Next episode is one of the saddest I've ever seen in an anime (Episode 9 it is, so if you wanna watch it, be warned to have some tissues around)...
Anyway, I gotta watch a good 8 episodes today if I want to finish it before Christmas Eve. 8 today, 8 tomorrow... Yowza... but I'll do it, in chunks of 4. I better get cracking though!
I'm thinking sometime soon I'll watch Macross II. I finally got the sound to work for it, so it is a must! I'm watching through the entire Macross series, I've already seen Do You Remember Love (I'll get through the entire original sometime later), the sequel where the space ship disappears (what was it called?) and I'll be watching II. And then it is? Plus, maybe? I can't remember. Justin help! O:

I have Casshern Sins, but I haven't watched it yet.
I started watching Golden Boy again, though. It's almost TOO hilarious.
