Which is the latest update patch for Ys 6?

Hi to you all
i went to falcom website support page for ys6 and i saw that there are many patches for this game.

Translatin' a little bit the page by using BabelFish from altavista i saw that there are 3 patches ( 1.109, 1.202, 1.305 ) and for what i got every one of them is for a specific edition of the game.
So..the question is...which is the latest patch for Ys 6?
I have a version which i installed patch 1.109.
Which are the differences by putting one patch insated of another?
I mean i have 1.109..but i'll install 1.202 or 1.305 which differences will be?
Can yu explain me please?

The earliest patch is for the old white big box Ys 6, with the Ys 1-5 bonus CD-ROM. The middle number are for the popular editions of it (green big box, and small white box). The latest version number is for the Vista version (white small box).

It isn't possible to apply a patch that isn't made for your particular version of Ys 6.
