What are the 4 items missing at the bottom list in inventory...??

anyone know how to enter door in mystic chamber (after fight vagullion)?

you cannot enter that door it is not possible at this point that door can only be accessed at the end of Ys 2, right before you fight Darm, once the Ys floating island lands back into the Ys crater the door connects to a set of rooms on the side of the floating island not reachable by any human. though i wonder if Adol had one hell of a rope and hook and he was able to scale down the side off the edge of the floating Ys continent he could probably find that room without having to go through the rest of the game.

Assuming you're referring to Ys I Complete (correct me if I'm wrong), then there are just two items on the bottom row of the inventory screen; there's only the Beastiary Potion and the Piece of Paper. I know it looks like there should be more, but there isn't. A simple way of checking is to hover the mouse over those empty spaces. Normally, a selection box would appear for any other unfilled inventory spots, but not those.
For Ys II Complete however, you can have a "full" inventory screen, but seeing as how you're still going through it, I won't say any more right now.

I just realized that adol never speak in this game(no dialog box show he speak)
Is it true or just my feeling??

Most of the time, Adol doesn't actually have dialogue, just sometimes a box or two in blue text indicating what he's saying (like telling the doctors how he's feeling in the games' opening scenes). But, there are two places in Ys II that I recall where he has some actual dialogue: the cutscene where he wakes to find Lilia, and once very briefly at the end of the game.
