my complaint is mostly about the PSP system, I prefer controllers. after an hour of play orso I get cramps in my fingers. hopefully they will fix this with the PSP2. I tried those extra grip thingies, but they suck as well due to these issues with the psp system, I quite suck at the game www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4553Is this what you tried? I have one and it makes a world of difference to me. It's the same as a regular PS controller, I fail to see how this wouldn't solve your problem.

or maybe my PSP buttons are getting old and crappy. but yeah I used a similar looking thing, found that less uncomfortable but far from ideal.

1000 model, first white PSP from Japan first I need to buy a new PS3 (Yellow Light of Death), after that I need to buy a new PSP-3000 model or the rumoured 4000 model

Japanese retailers rumoured a PSP-4000 for december, TGS is comming up, so who knows.
edit: but all in all, hand held systems are not ideal systems for fast action packed games, more for puzzle and strategic games. Ys seven is a real console game, not a handheld.

My only complain would be gaurding with the L and R button; sometimes I would accidentalyl use my Extra Skill instead of gaurding.

To try to prevent the extra skill problem, I hold down the R button and tap the L button to guard. It works decently.

If there's one thing I have a problem with in this game, it's Aisha's Waspinator attack, fir reasons I'm not going to disclose. wat Waspinator is like, the best attack in the entire game. D: Waspinator? Is that the name of that attack in the Japanese version....or is there a Transformer fan that named it that? Seriously, I'd like to know, I'm looking at you Wyrd!

I simply looooooooooooooove the S. S. Wave-Crusher II line. I actually laughed out loud. ^^~
Ah, Dogi. He's just too awesome. The man needs his own full-length, Ys SEVEN-style game.

The Castlevania reference annoys you? A cheap, long overused reference so glaring that I noticed it when I barely talk to any NPCs and just skim what they say anyhow. Seems rather unprofessional from a commercial product. I'd sooner expect to see something like that in an indie game or on a t-shirt or something But now I have something that really does annoy me. Flash Guarding a multi-hit AoE attack properly but your computer controlled teammates still getting hit by it. *guard guard guard* "well that was awesome of me... wait why does Dogi only have 1 HP?!"

*Puts on a monocle and top hat*
It seems that some fine gentlemen simply can't handle such high-quality memetic inclusion such as this. I find such qualities in a person simply abhorrent, if I do say so myself. Excellent job, Wyrd mah boi'. I applaud such ingenious references on your part.

Besides, it's not like it's just thrown in there for the sake of being there. Well, actually it is, but it works in the context and it's a funny and quirky way of showing how ridiculously overzealous this maid is. Considering the original line would have translated to "*dust dust*" I think replacing it with a funny, fitting reference that a lot of gamers can recognize and appreciate was a good idea.

Replacing something that wasn't there with a reference just for the sake of being funny?! OMG XSEED HAS JUMPED THE SHARK AND BECOME WORKING DESIGNS!

ITT: Somebody complains about a single NPC's one-time dialogue.

ITT: Somebody complains about a single NPC's one-time dialogue. ITT: everyone but the original commenter thinks it's serious business Gee. Glad I didn't say anything about not liking some of the voice acting (even though everyone only has like 2-3 full lines anyway)
