...anybody here play it, or at least have heard of it? I just ordered my copy off Amazon last night, and I'm really looking forward to it. For anybody who doesn't know the name of it...maybe this will ring a bell...
Yeah...any comments, questions, tips, sanity? Haha...yeah, I'm a little crazy.

I love it! I mainly play Arrange mode, it's just the one I enjoy the most. Main tip would be - have fun, if you don't want to play for score or do a 1CC run don't try to force it for the sake of playing it "properly".

I got it when it was released last year (or was it even earlier than that?), but I have not played it much at home to be honest. My disc seems to be slightly faulty too, it isn't recognised in my X360 all the time, another reason why I don't play it much.
A local arcade had one installed which I played a few times, but I don't understand the scoring mechanic at all. I never understood the scoring in the original Mushihime-sama either. The game is fun but never 'clicked' with me.

This. ^ No seriously, I agree with you. So many people are like, "omg why are you playing it like this, you should play it like this!" It get's annoying after a while. I know one thing, though...1CC runs and high-scoring runs will NOT happen for a while with this game...hahaha. I'm really looking forward to it!

Well there's Novice Mode and Arrange is pretty easy to survive to the end, so it's a lot easier than in some games (don't go anywhere near Black Label Ultra though!) ^^~

It's rather disheartening to see videos of the TLB, because in all likelihood I will never meet the conditions necessary for the encounter. Another reason I haven't played it much is that I do all my non-portable gaming on my computer monitor, and I don't really have space on my desk for a X360 and an arcade stick, and in an effort to be tidy, I try to put things away before I go to bed since that is foremost my work space. When I think of all the cables I need to find and attach and then clean up before bed, I get rather put off. And not going to bed isn't really a reasonable option I hope the Muchi-Muchi Pork/Pink Sweets disc gets a Platinum re-release, I really want to try Pink Sweets but I can't quite stomach the original price at the moment.

I tried this game once on god difficulty (don't remember which "mode" it was exactly) when a friend showed it to me and wanted me to try it...took me 27 credits with the added stipulation of no bombs lol

I might buy an Xbox just to get the shmups from Cave (Mushihimesama, 2 game pack, DeathSmiles, etc), and Losy Odyssey.
I want more shmups in NA, but it is just too niche huh? ;_;
