I saw the OVA´s,and for what I understood,Dogi made an armor for Adol.
I think that,because Adol said "thank you for it",when Dogi ask him about his new armor.

No,not the Cleria,in the anime,the Cleria´s armor is the third.
It is when they go to rastin mines.

The second set is what he abruptly picks up midway through the first OVA before getting his hands on the Silver/Cleria gear. Kinda reminds me of the Reflex gear, which was probably the idea. Dogi might have given him the stuff but he definitely didn't make it.
