I just found this on Magicbox.com:
Nihon Falcom announced Eiyu Densetsu: Zero no Kiseki Full Voice Version [Legend of Heroes: Trail of Blue Full Voice Version] for PS Vita, the game will be coming in spring 2012. The game was released on PSP in September 2010, the PSV version will have full voiced dialog throughout the entire game.
First of all, I'm not totally sure if it's Ao or Zero, since it calls it Zero in the untranslated text, but then calls it Trails of Blue in the translated.
So, my question is, Xseed, if you were to release one version or another....would you go for the PSV/Full Voice Edition? I hope I hope I hope! Heck, this being a ways away & being for PSV, might give XSEED a better chance of releasing it, maybe do some catching up, since TitS 2 still has a ways to go, not to mention TitS 3. But, this version would be more expensive to do for 2 reasons I can think of, 1 is the voice acting will cost more money, 2 is that the flash memory cards will cost more money as well.

XD
Let the milking begin! *shot*
Oh well, since it had an Ys cameo... I'll have to keep an eye on this rerelease as well. xD *shot*
... And part of me feels sorry for the chinese working on the PC version of the game now. Because it's not fully voice-acted.

I guess Xseed could release it with Japanese voices, and English text. Like Corpse Party?
If this increases the chances of us getting the games in the west, it is great news. Even if it could be a long long time before we see them.

Plus, I don't think they dubbed the existing voices so it's not really anything they'd miss. Now, if there are any other changes... I guess XSEED could release it with Japanese voices, and English text. Like Corpse Party? That only works when there are text boxes for every voiced line (aside from obvious stuff like wordless screams) so the player can follow along with what's being said in some other form. The problem is that Zero's battle voices don't have text accompanying them so everything the characters say during fights would be untranslated.

A lil more info....kinda, this is from RPGFan: The official site lists the port as a collaboration project between Falcom of course, Pyramid (Patapon) and Chara-Ani, known for anime character goods. It's not clear what the companies' roles are regarding the game. And here's the site www.zero-full.com/

Don't hold your breath. The amount of voicework is so ridiculous that even Falcom couldn't tackle the project on their own and they're the ones making a handy profit on this franchise every year. A localization company like XSEED wouldn't have a prayer of managing it so that means leaving all the voices (one of the selling points of the game) undubbed. Granted, companies do that so it's not entirely impossible but I suspect that if XSEED ever thinks of bringing Zero over, we'll be seeing a PSN release of the PSP version.

I tend to prefer japanese voices/narration since it almost always sounds better for almost always being more professionally done. Ys Seven's english voices, in particular Aisha's, really saddens me when I think of it. Anyhow, english text & japanese voices ftw! (Although it's always nicest when you can switch between the two anytime.)

"All right!" "Let me at it! "Outta the way!" "I'm up!" "My turn!" "YAH! HUH!"
Cruxie in particular had rather annoying grunts and battle cries. I wasn't really fond of Aisha's voice either but it kidna fit her.
