The thins is that i deafeated the boss that jue summoned, I go to where the sword is and when i press Z to get it, it attacks it and it breaks, is there a way to get it, do I have to press another button or something?

Um, your Fire Sword breaks when you use it? That doesn't make any sense. Got screenshots?

I dunno if I can take the screenshot on time, but it attacks it as if it were a normal enemie, and the weapon respawns whenever I enter that place again, also if I just destroyed the sword and enter again, I can push it arround but if I try to attack after doing that it deals me damage every time I attack as if the sword were countering my attacks. Edit: Here's the screenshot

I haven't played the PC version yet, but my guess is that you somehow triggered "Genocide Mode", and trying to talk to townsfolk in such a state will result in you killing them instead; my guess is that destroying a key item like this is another consequence of that.
Are you using a trainer or something of the sort to help progress the game? From what I hear, Falcom apparently had a pretty strict "no cheating" policy at the time, and if the game senses you're cheating, "Genocide Mode" is activated. If this is the case, I believe it can be fixed, but I'm not quite sure how (something to do with modifying one of the .ini files, or something?).

Oh I see, yeah I tried using the trainer to get more emelas, to avoid to much grinding, but the trainer didn't work, but I do remember modifying the ini file, perhaps returning the ini to it's original state will work, I'll try that and see what happens. Edit: Fixed, it was the GoPostal=1 that the ini file one had that caused the problem, but it's weird that they let you cheat one the PS2 version but not on the pc, I wonder if that was Konami's doing of putting cheats on the PS2 version. Anyways, thanks for the help!

Yup, that was definitely Konami's doing.
Also, I see. xD Interesting to see the Genocide Mode being confirmed to be also there in Ys VI!
And, yeah, in Genocide Mode items can be killed. xD I know this, because I accidentally killed a Berm Leaf in YsF before. In my case, the bug eventually happened without me modifying any file, though. (Unless if patching the game to English counted somehow.) It happened after extremely excessive overleveling at the very beginning of the game when you can't enter even the mines.
The sword "attacking you back" sounds like that one bug which, to me, seemed to have a chance to be triggered during Genocide Mode whenever a room was loaded, which allows you to "die" without really dying. xD
