I just realized I hadn't made an introduction post. Better late than never.
First thing to say I suppose is that I wouldn't of became interested in Ys if I hadn't seen Korzic's speed run of Ys I (link) on Speed Demos Archive. I heard of the series up to that point but I never looked into it because it has a weird name. I know that's a pretty odd reason but..hay guise, Ys? Why's? Y-s? I was so confused. LOL. I just had to play the game after seeing that. The first Ys game I ever played.....I hate to admit this but it was the Nintendo DS version. EW! HEY! At least it has a map so you don't get lost..
/me has an unhealthy relationship with games as in, sometimes I don't finish games even though I like them alot.
My Ys playtime in chronological order~

At the very least I'll say that Ys has become my #1 favorite RPG series. If I had to select my top 3 games I would put Ys Seven on the top followed by Ys Origin and Ys III for PS2 as third. Definitely more of a semi-lurker but, will probably become a full-time lurker at the very least and maybe posting every now and then.

- Play/get lost/never finish Ys II on DS.
- Obtain/play/beat Ys Origin with all characters on Normal
- BECOME OBSESSED WITH Ys from this point on.
