Another trailer, man this game looks like it'll blow everything out of the ballpark.

Whelp, finally some hype starts gathering here. Great to see how awesome the game has shaped up to be. If only it was swapped with Nayuta no Kiseki...dammit Falcom, do I have to buy a Vita so bad?

I never heard of any of the voice actors. The trailer voice clips were good, though. Unlike Wander Wonder, this game is notable enough to have an English Wikipedia page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_XanaduPeople say the setting copies that of Persona series. I saw both English and Japanese-speaking people say this. The Japanese person said to keep in mind that Persona isn't the only urban fantasy. Xanadu NEXT takes place on some sparsely populated island, right? I know nothing about the setting of the original Xanadu. Anyway, I'm guessing the setting this time is very different from those. It's an evolution of the Nayuta talking system where both portraits and 3D models are animated during story sequences. In Nayuta, only the 3D models were animated. ------------------ Finally I have an offtopic question about Youtube. Do they do the thing where if there are many comments in multiple languages, they show you only those of your language, or a least more in your language than others? It was strange to see an official Falcom posted video have lots of English comments (and few Japanese ones).

This is out now, it came out 30Sep. Here's a let's play: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffnwRJlgtlAPeople are comparing it to Nayuta. Rightfully so, I'd say. The main improvement I noticed is that most of the scenes are voiced, which I would've appreciated for Nayuta. Famitsu gave a review score of 32, "good."

I'm playing it now and it's quite enjoyable so far. I also appreciate that it's fully voiced for the most part. Hopefully it will be localized one of these days.

For anyone that has imported the game. I have written a guide that covers up to Chapter 5, *Roughly like 50% done the game. Its also the guide is pretty import friendly. So feel free to check it out if you planning on importing Tokyo Xanadu. www.gamefaqs.com/vita/130085-tokyo-xanadu/faqs/72530
