Wow...Falcom shipped Ys: OiF on January 6. I got it today in the mail. I wasn't expecting it to arrive this fast!
Haven't tried it out yet, but I'm about to as soon as I get this typed.

MP83 hit it right on the nose. I don't know how to get it running on the computer. I went into control panel and adjusted my regional settings. My language is Japanese. And my location is Japan. Is there anything else I need to do? By the way, I'm using WinXP.
Thanks in advance!

I got it now. I didn't click on the advance tab and change those language settings. That one prompted a reboot. And I was able to play after that.

WOW! This may be a dumb question but, how do you order from a JP website if you don't know what to click on?

Just the help I was looking for!!! Bunches of Thanks Man! EDIT: "Name and the amount of the product you want to purchase" Are they asking for the price in their currency or the quantity you plan to purchase?

you want to send them everything they will need, your full name and address, the name of the game and what version CDrom or DVDrom, and the amount you want. they do not need to know the price because they already know it. they just want to know how many games you want, so you would probably put 1 of each unless you have other plans.

And they'll determine how much you would pay in your currency right?

Nope. They will tell you the final price. (Yen). Go to www.oanda.com to convert yen to USD (or any other currency).

Will I have to exchange the amount that I'm paying into yen or ..... is there some kind of money order that can be done?

No, they will charge your credit card. Let's say if they charged 7000 yen from your credit card, about 60 dollars would be charged.

So VISA does the currency exchange when your credit card is charged huh? Now that starting to make sense.

Exactly.
They may charge you something for the actual exchange, but I cannot be sure. At least my bank does that to me.

Now I just need to find out how much will be charged for the exchange. Hopefully 10-15% of the amount spent.
