I'm a little interested in Mask of the Sun SFC and the VM Japan, but it depends on how much you would be asking for them as well as what the shipping costs might be from Australia to the Eastern United States.
Out of curiosity, how does the VM Japan Mystic Far East + Power Up Kit differ from the VM Japan Mystic Far East original edition? That's the one I currently own.
Thanks for your time,
-Thomas

Hello there. Out of curiosity, how does the VM Japan Mystic Far East + Power Up Kit differ from the VM Japan Mystic Far East original edition? That's the one I currently own. I just did a bit of research and sorting out the releases is a lot more confusing than I thought. But I think I got it now: There are three different editions of the game, each edition has its own different box art. VM Japan: First Press Limited EditionIncludes: -VM Japan Game -VM Japan Original Soundtrack (Audio CD) -Symphonic Fantasy - White Witch (Audio CD) The confusing thing here is that: a) There is a CD version (install disc and game disc) and a DVD version. b) There is a "Comes With Power-Up Kit" version and one without. So if we were to take into account all possiblel releases, there is a potential maximum of four types: 1) CD, No PUK 2) CD, With PUK 3) DVD, No PUK 4) DVD, With PUK As far as I'm aware, the PUK is always on a separate disc. VM Japan: Standard EditionThis is the version I'm selling. Not as significant but there are two versions here: 1) Windows XP compatible 2) Windows Vista compatible As far as I'm aware, it always the DVD version and it always comes with the Power-Up Kit (the other disc holder actually serves a purpose now!). VM Japan "Power-Up Kit" EditionTo the best of my knowledge, this edition is always the CD version and always comes with the Power-Up Kit. Not sure if it contains any other bonus discs but if my memory serves me correctly, it should come with an art book. While I'm at it, I might as well complete my VM Japan analysis: VM Japan: PS2 EditionReleased for the PS2, it contains various changes and additions, most notably, extra characters and a Final Fantasy Tactics-style world map screen. I am unsure if the Power-Up Kit was absorbed into the game too. It's also possible for some things to be cut out too. The First Press bonus is an artbook, but since it's a bonus, it's a heavily trimmed down version of the proper VM Japan artbook. I'm a little interested in Mask of the Sun SFC and the VM Japan, but it depends on how much you would be asking for them as well as what the shipping costs might be from Australia to the Eastern United States. Ideally, I would like $20 for Ys IV: Mask of the Sun and $30 for VM Japan. Shipping for Ys IV by itself is $10 and $17 for VM Japan by itself. Pains me to say it, but unfortunately, for both, it will be $23 + an extra $9 "security" (codeword for terrorism) fee. If that sounds too high, then I recommend buying one thing only or wait for the dollar to improve. Thanks for your time, -Thomas No problem, thanks for your interest.

Wow, that's an incredible research analysis you did there!
I appreciate all the extra effort you went into explaining about the various versions, but I think I'll have to pass on these for now. I'm fairly sure I can get Ys IV a little cheaper than the cost it would be to have it ship to the U.S. and $50+ is a bit much for me to be spending on a different version of a game I already own when I think about it.
Best of luck with selling these though and thanks for your time again with the explanation!

Hopefully I can help clear up the PUK queries (regarding the contents, anyway) - There's the disc itself, a manual (B&W), a double sided reference sheet (one side coloured, the reverse B&W), a reg card and a promotional poster advertising some stupid "Legend of Heroes VI" game (with Dinosaur on the back!).

Hopefully I can help clear up the PUK queries (regarding the contents, anyway) - Oh I see, the PUK disc had its own dedicated separate release? I thought the full game was part of this edition. And no 150+ page artbook? Guess I was mistaken.

Is Felghana for sale or not? Sent a PM but never got a response. Please accept my humble apologies sir. As explained in the PM I just sent to you, your PM was seen - however, other windows at the time vied for my attention, and I ended up not replying to the PM while assuming that I did.

So after clicking on your topic, I came to realize something... your PSP isn't for sale, is it? 'fraid not, pal. Those were just categories. PS. As of writing, at least half of those things are gone and an equal amount of stuff are to be added for sale. I'll update the first post later. PPS. I didn't get an email notification when a post (i.e. yours) was made to this thread. Hmm. PPPS. This thread has now been "bookmarked". Should work now.
