Incorrectly Regarded as Goofs: Dogi and Hugo should not be in the same time period. However, it is quite likely that things such as time and history do not serve as an actual barrier to Dogi, but work more like a guideline with him.

Well I did note in my own teensy handwriting that it was completely anachronistic in the picture, you see. XD Besides, anything goes with spoof art.
Let's just say Dogi can bust through the barrier of time itself. Because he's THAT GOOD.
