Wait, wasn't this supposed to be about a chatroom...?  While Star Trek certainly helped to establish the standards for Science Fiction writing and production, don't forget that anime in general is heavily influenced by Star Trek from the 70's on. I am not sure I can say that TNG was the best though. I was rather disappointed with Season 7, though it did have a few winner episodes like "Lower Decks" and "Parallels". Still, it was certainly better than Voyager and Enterprise with their "Screw everything" attitude. |

I'm always up for the formation of a chatroom. I have daily chats with a few members here, and you (or anyone else for that matter) are more than welcome to add me on whatever chat platform you use. I'm on all of them  Oh... TNG season 7 rocked. Watching the entire series back to front, completely unbroken and interrupted, shows exactly why that season is the best way the show could have ended. |

Ergh. I've seen so many episodes of TNG back in me teen years but I don't remember many of them nevermind remember which seasons were better than which! ^^;;;;;;;;;;;;;

That is serious dedication... The only ones I have on DVD are some of the movies, and since I do not watch TV anymore, all I have left are memories. |

Skype work for anyone? easy to manage, and up to 25 or so members at a time in each group chat. able to be moderated, and free to use ^_^ just a suggestion xD

It might be an option. The chatoom has usually... 2 people at most, and I doubt either one of us is paying attention to the room anyway... >_>
