Hi i'm totally new to the Ys series but have heard about them for years ever since starting rpgs. Anyway when i found out Ys was out for mobile phones here, i jumped on that chance to play this classic finally! anyway i have some questions about this version of the game that i hope someone can help me out with.
i am currently at the beginning of the game, where I have entered the uh...shrine?..castle? thing in the mountains. and I have just beaten this boss and freed some lady in some prison, and etc etc and I currently have this Mask of Eyes thing, and I assume I am supposed to find a hidden door or something on the third floor of this castle thing, but I have been unable to find anything. actually, the help menu the game comes with says that when you equipt the mask of eyes, you shouldn't be able to see bad guys, but i still see them. and also when i equipt Potion, it doesn't seem to do anything... I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

). Anyway, try to find out how to equip items, equip the mirror for example, and try to use it.
