I've noticed some "new" tracks in the NES version. (I'm playing the English translation) Are they juts "new" toi me because they are 8 bit and sound different?
There are some tracks I really like. The track that plays in Zeptic village seems unique and outside the Shrine too. are thses tracks by the same composers? Are they Canon? (original composers)
Why do they sound different? I mean the tune's melodies are just different?
IN Ys I Complete I went to Zeptic Village wanting to hear that song updated and it was a totally different slow moody tune. I can't remember what it was like in the Turbo Cd Version.
Anyways thanks for any help...

Those two songs were exclusively composed for the Famicom version by some dood at VMI. I don't remember his name.
The X68000 version of Ys 1 does also contain two exclusive tracks, composed by Hiroaki Goto.
Ys 1 Complete plays the song "Tears of Sylph" in Zepik village. That's the song that's played in Sara's house in Minea, for example.
