Wow! I saw that Cellphone Ys I Adventure of Dogi game on that page, I will probably never get to play that. Man, I didn't know about that one. I have been keeping an eye out for Ys V PS2 news too. www.taito.co.jp/mobile/news_mc/2005/mc_12_05.html

Yep, that looks just like Ys ETERNAL for cellphones. Same weird "3D" engine.

Wow! I saw that Cellphone Ys I Adventure of Dogi game on that page, I will probably never get to play that. Ancient Ys Vanished The Truth ~Adventure of DOGI~ What a weird title, hahaha!
It sure is some fine japish. But this is the Ys V topic!

Well, the Taito Ys IV has been out a while. Let's hope with the length of time between the two titles this Ys V can be something better. Personally I'm VERY curious to see what it looks like. I've been trying to get info every day.

Yeah, YsIV was awful. But then again - YsV is much better than YsIV in my opinion, so I'm sure I'll like this one a lot more!

All we need now is some screenshots to wet our appetite.

I have this weird feeling this is going to be an outstanding remake. I too am dying to see some screens from it. At least YsV is finally getting some remake treatment, even if Falcom does one for the PC. The game simply hasn't been touched that much like the others have.

Are there any places that have preorders up yet? I forget where I preordered Ys 4, I think Ys 3 was with Lik-sang, but, then again, maybe it wasn't. All I know, is the place that sent me Ys 3, I wasn't too happy with.

I've been checking everyday, I haven't found anything yet. I bought my Ys III & IV from Play-Asia, and they don't have anything yet. It's got to be soon though!

No problem I think it might've been Yes-asia that I got Ys 4 from. I'm pretty sure, that when you preordered it there, it was on sale. It also arrived quickly! Do you recall how long it took for Play-asia to send out your stuff? I remember Lik-sang took a couple weeks to actually send Ys 3 to me, I wasn't too happy with that!

In my experience it's just a matter of how much you're willing to pay for shipping from play-asia. I always pick the option of UPS shipping, it usually takes about three days to arrive. It's just under EMS Express Mail, but it is very secure, but at around $20-$25.00 it is expensive. At least you get a tracking number though.

Well I'll be damned. I've been checking Play-Asia every day and I missed it anyway! I'm ordering this for sure! I must have Ys V!

I did the exact same thing! At any rate, this is a good sign that Ys V screenshots can't be too far off.
