EDIT: It was just a false information. Just an old and false rumor. My mistake. Below follows the original post: So, I was wandering out there until I found this. As you can notice, it seems Konami WILL release the PC's Ys VI in the west shores after all, more exactly in the US shores.
This means NightWolve and Deuce will drop the PC Ys VI Translation Project, right? Like many presumed, Konami will bring it to us then...
... Or maybe everybody already knew this and I'm the only one who knew nothing about it? I never found a thread here or in any other forum which concerns this subject yet, but maybe...

Dude, you can't trust GameFAQs. I mean, they still claim that Ys I Eternal was released in the late 80s! I'm guessing that's old info, and not at all accurate... -Tom Yeah, no kidding. Besides, after what they did on the PS2 & PSP versions (Although the PS2 version was ok), there is no way konami will touch Ys again. Even for a title they bought the rights for publishing in the U.S.

That's some bizarre rumor that's been around ever since Konami licensed Ys VI back in 2004. They will NOT release the game for PC in English. Ever.

=X whoops, then my mistake. >.< That was a big one...yeah, I suspected of this being possible. I'll change the topic's title "a bit" then , so that this rumor stop spreading just like I did. >.< Sorry, I should've noticed it was very obvious. edit: there. Since I know many trust GameFAQs "faithfully" (blah), I hope many realize this is just b*llsh*t.

The problem is trying to find an English sounce. I knew IGN wouldn't have it, since I had to submit the games there myself a few years ago, and few other sites such as Neoseeker, and gamerankings obvious copy off of Gamefaqs because they have the same release date. I ended up linking a google translation of Falcoms site, but I doubt that's acceptable. If anyone has any ideas, try and submit it.

The funny part is: Do THEY have a source for what they put up on their page? lol xD

It's user submitted, and they list their source. He must've game the info for the Dos version of Ys I and called it eternal. Also I noticed they listed Ys I eternal being released in 1989, and Ys II Eternal in 1988! But it gets even better. Both of them are listed as US releases.
I just submitted info for the complete versions, since I could take the Product number off the the back of the box, and listed the corrections for the for the Eternal versions. Hopefully it will get accepted.

My submissions were rejected. I guess they like having misinformation on their site.
