I think it's the second teleport statue in the Area of Poisonous Blood - you should be on a west-east corridor. Head west, jump across the platforms and follow the passage.

how is the yunica attack done that allows her to make that big yellow circle with the 4 huge spikes? Burst. The Ruu teaches you it in the very last area.

To actually do it, though, you need to first activate Boost, and wilst Boost is active press the Boost button again.

Ah, I thought you'd seen it in the trailer and that's why you were asking. I thought it was some max level variation of the earth spell at one point >.>

Did anyone unlock the hidden boss(s). Do they exist? Seeing as to how both Ys VI and Ys III have hidden bosses it might be possible that there are hidden gems in Ys Origin too. I am aiming for a 100% game completion.

anyone have beat Kishgal? what hapened after ?is that possible? OMG! I came here just to ask that. ^^; I levelled up Yunica to level 21 JUST for that fight and the bastard STILL does over 20 HP of damage to her. WTF? I'm on Easy mode too. I can't even write up anything for my walkthrough cuz I keep dying. :P So far I've seen the move that makes ice stalagmites and some crazy whirlwind thing that shaves hits for many times. Sigh. I managed to beat the boss on Hugo's side at level 23 Normal cuz the guy only did 1 - 2 HP of damage to him. XD But is there really a point to win those battles other than to see a variation of the result? And do you get EXP for them? ._.

Hi! I'm kinda stuck; I got the black pearl and I returned it to Lair (or Feena...) and I do know that I must go back tot the room where some guys are petrified. The problem is: where the hell is this room? Could someone give me the floor number?

If you use the crystal to warp over to the statue on the 20th floor, just go left through the door and then head across the walkway with those diamond-shaped holes. Hop over the gap and keep going left- then up when you see that way. You should be right there where the knights got made into lawn ornaments.

Should be Nightmare mode but I don't think it's accessible ... yet? ._.????? Falcom's probably going to spam some patches in the near future with new difficult modes like what they did with The Oath in Felghana.

well, i really hope a patch comes with also some mini games, this really boosts the fun factor in the game but i don't think they will do it
and i don't want a psp ver of Ys Origin plz -_-, i want it to be a ps3 port! another reason for buying a ps3 besides metal gear solid 4 and tekken 6

Well, they've yet to add mini games to patches since that takes more effort than doing tweaks and such (which patches are for). ^^ And, in a way, I dunno if a PS3 release of the game is justified since I don't really see a point of it needing the power, etc. of that "entertainment system" to play. I guess they can make the environments more pretty and redo all the cute pudgy little sprites to full 3D renders though. As for PS3 stuff, I'm waiting for Devil May Cry 4. :B

yeah i totally forgot about devil may cry 4, wating for it too surly !! as for the Ys mini games they can add an expansion mode by downloading it from their site, but i don't think they'll do it anyways. and Ys origin will totally look better on ps3, i'm actually hoping for a remake with a better graphic engine , but of course that's nearly in dreams

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I'm also in the IRC channel, but everyone's afk I guess.

I'm having trouble with THE DEVIL'S CORRIDOR, I'm level 20 and using Hugo in easy mode. I try running through, using boost mode, everything I can think of but I just die. I don't know what to do .

Go to the warp statue right before the poisonous room. Now run back until you're on first outside area of the tower. All on that area are pillars. One of these pillars will have the Devil's Wind music playing pretty strongly. Use the hammer on that one. And by hammer, we don't mean the lightning magic hammer. There's another item you get.
