This topic seems to be a bit of a hit in the Video game forum so I thought I would give it a shot here. You can also bring up what manga you are reading as well.
Just finished a few episodes of the first season of Pokemon. Brings back a ton of memories, and almost makes me want to dig out the old red gameboy cart haha. The first episodes are different because a ton of voice actors from the show left after episode ten.
I am also randomly watching the old Ranma 1/2 ova series. The English dub is actually one that I can enjoy. Mabey when I am done Ill start watching the whole series, which may take a very long time.

Yeah it is good, but I also picked up this pirated cart from China town years ago. It has every gameboy pokemon version on it, and a few castlevania games. I almost shit my pants when I first plugged it in. I am slowly working on Emerald, but I would rather play a game where I actually know the Pokemon.

Sadly I never managed to finish a single Pokemon game! I always fell asleep for some really odd reason? Perhaps I should try playing in the morning times... I honestly wanted to finish atleast ONE game! Anyways, on the topic - currently watching, I have 5 Centimeters Per Second on my next to watch slot? (Perhaps I should watch it now... since I'm actually free right now! ) And was following Romeo x Juliet but... kind of ran out of time midway? And re-reading Art of War. (Its having a Pokemon effect on me! D: )

Wow. I wasn't aware there were other Romeo and Juliet fans around. Of course I have only seen the original -- not the Leo chick-flick Dicaprio (forget it; that's his last name and I ain't fixin it!) version. It's well known that I'm a collector of chick flicks, although I haven't touched them in ages. Live life and they lose their charm so quick. Currently, I'm addicted to the Death Note anime. Awesome stuff. I just wish saturday would hurry up so I can watch the next episode!

Currently reading a shit ton of manga at OneManga.com. I have too many to list but as I do keep up with quite a bit. ^^
Currently watching~~~~ nothing. :( The only things I watch on TV are Chinese shows that my mom watches cuz I just happen to be in the room when she's watching them.
I WAS thinking about picking up either the Indiana Jones set or just Raiders and Last Crusade last time I was at the mall but decided against it in the end. :B

Yep, its the overly fantasized anime version Romeo x Juliet, with its pegasi, floating cities and gay-ish Shakesperes. Its first episode was the coolest. It actually had me hooked! And that's surprising, since Romeo and Juliet was amongst my least favourites from all of Shakespere's plays. I actually hated all the movies. Especially the Leonardo DiCaprio one! Gack! *dies*

Going to watch the second movie in the "rumic world" series today. I think its called Maris The Choujo. I have only ever seen Mermaids Scar (and from what I remember its hella cool) and Fire tripper, which really bent my mind. I miss these old psychological thriller anime moves that were really prevalent in the early 90's. UPDATE Well I watched it and it was pretty ok. Very 80's for sure, and it had a real "dragon ball" feel to it at times. I wouldn't recommend seeing it unless you are a fan of Rumiko Takahashi or the Ranma 1/2 series. There were some funny parts but what really made the movie was a few cameo spots. There is a spot of R2D2 and a Storm Trooper. Its funny because Darth is hyperventilating.

Nice pics. I finished Chars Counterattack a few days ago and I really liked it. I am going to watch Gundam 0079 in a few days. I just love that old retro anime.

Manga: Beet the Vandel Buster. It's the first manga I've read since Shadow Lady, and I really like it. I've started watching the anime, which is cool too.
Anime: Tekkaman Blade. Now that the real series is available on DVD, I am enjoying learning the real story behind "Teknoman", which, coincidently is also available on DVD. I like the first Tekkaman Blade series way better than Tekkaman Blade 2, as TB 2 started to deviate from the dark tone of the first series.
Books: Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. I'm hooked on this book series that modernizes greek mythology in an awesome way and includes great battles, characters, monsters, and weaponry. I can't wait for the Lightning Thief movie, which is the first part in the series.

Picked up Hellsing once again, and started where I left off, which was episode 4. I really should watch the first 3 eps again though because I forgot most of the story. Still can't get used to another guy named Alucard ether. I have had the Castlevania one transfixed in my skull for the last ten years. I like it though, as its offering something different from the ninja battle robot anime I always watch.

Currently liking Shina Dark (manga version -- never knew there wa an anime out for it! I should watch it!) a lot. At first, it seems like a somewhat slapstick fantasy RPG satire revolving around the supposed source of evil, Satan, but the focus quickly shifts to the princesses and develops into a story heavy on character development and issues like the economic problems of a growing population, prejudice -- it's just totally not what I expected.
I love the maid (Noel, is it?) and her little robotic helpers! They're so cute! ^O^~

I just caught wind of this new anime called Library Wars from a friend. First part of first episode (English subbed): www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ykG9fGQb9Q&fmt=18I guess the concept is interesting but also sort of scary. Censorship to the extreme. :O

Just finished Gundam Seed. I am really happy there is a second season to it, and I regret disregarding this series for so long. It was nothing like I thought it would be, and has really become one of my all time favorites.

Speaking of which, I'm right now watching Gundam Seed Destiny. The series was not as great as it could've been, but it still is an enjoyable series, and is considered the "Z Gundam of Cosmic Era".
One quick example, the Destroy Gundam, which is more of a Mobile Fortress, it was inspired by the Psycho Gundam from Z Gundam.
Anyways, I'm also watching Code Geass right now, and its still getting more interesting.

Yeah I think I am going to start with Seed Destiny today, and keep in with the whole Cosmic Era. I would love to import the PS2 game to see if its any good. BTW DD64, where are those Gunpla model pics you promised??

Hmm gundam seed, the attack of hax wings. Yeah Kira Yamato is awesome, in fact he's the only reason I watch it. Come on, how many heroes appear and carry on owning everyone on the screen with his own TM revolution song in the background?
