Everybody has to have a favorite album. The question is which? And please, no video game music.
For me, it has to be Soilwork's fifth full-length album "Figure Number Five" (from 2003). I listened to it today for the 1,000,000th time and it's still as fantastic as it has always been.
What about you?

lol, i dont listen to anything other than Video Game music... well, ok.. i also listen to hindi (i have an indian background) and japanese music (mostly j-rock). So ill just say its... Rina Aiuchi's Kuuki (AIR), her third album. Its basicaly got 2 songs that I REALY like, thats all. Theres also Over Shine, but thats just a MAXI release (or something.. its just got 3 songs) and not realy a full album...

I would have to say WEEZER: The Blue Album. I can never get enough of that goofball rock from Rivers Cuomo.

Tough choice;p
Depending on how I feel the day I'm asked it's either:
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
or
Machina: The Machines of God

This is very difficult for me, as 99.9% of what I listen to is game music. However, I do have an all-time favorite album! It's "La Luna" by Sarah Brightman.

Did you SP fans read about Corgan wanted to reform the band?
Oh yeah, should I pick up Machina then? I always loved Mellon Collie and Siamese Dream.

I read about it, and I hope it does happen;p
Anyways, Machina is a great album most of the songs on it are really good:
The Everlasting Gaze Stand Inside Your Love I of the Mourning Try, Try, Try Heavy Metal Machine This Time The Imploding Voice Glass and the Ghost Children Wound With Every Light Age of Innocence
...are all some of my favorite songs;p That's not to say the remaining songs are bad, I just don't particularly like them as much as those ones. Just don't expect Machina to be the same as Siamese Dream or Mellon Collie. Machina and well Machina II both seemed to lead way to Zwan;p

I though Machina II was only ok;p With a little more polishing it could have been better, but considering what was going on with the Pumpkins at the time...It's understandable why it was released "as is".
Don't get me wrong, I like all the albums the Pumpkins released, it's just that Gish, Siamese Dream, Pisces Iscariot, Adore, and Machina II just can't topple Machina and Mellon Collie in my mind;p

Dark Side of the Moon, by Pink Floyd. I just think it's a genuine work of art. I don't listen to 'song' type music much at all - I usually find that I end up going off things like that. I have a soft spot for concept albums that carry definite themes through them. DSotM is experimental and intelligent but most importantly it's damn good music. I could quite happily throw away all my other CDs and keep this one forever* *except the game music CDs, natch

That´s a nice one for me;-) My whole life is full of music...problem: There are many beloved albums...I hope it is OK to mention some more than one, as it shows the different styles I like, too: Those, I´ve listened to thousand times each...
The Doors- The Doors Sweetwater- Sweetwater Museo Rosenbach - Zarathustra Live- Throwing Copper Dizzy Mizz Lizzy - same Radiohead - OK Computer Rhapsody - Legendary Tales Compulsion - Comforter Love - Forever Changes
Man...I could go on...there´s just too much music I couldn´t live without in my room...
