There's something picking my perfeccionist curiosity... Ys I was also released for an Apple computer called AppleIIGS.
The question is: Will it work on a non-GS AppleII? Or will it exclusively work in the AppleIIGS model?
(Also: Is it AppleIIgs/ AppleIIGS/ Apple2Gs or what...?)
Thanks in advance. ^^'

I don't think so. The Apple IIGS came rather late in the Apple II lifecycle, and I'm not even entirely sure that this game would run on later models. Reading up on the specs of the system, it seems to have quite a bit of things that the previous apple ii's did not, and you can read up on it on wikipedia. I may be wrong, though, so feel free to do your own research. I wouldn't be surprised if there was an emulator for this particular system somewhere out there.

Damn, I wonder why I never replied to this... Maybe better late than never, but... thanks. Also, about my own questions, I have done research some time back and now can answer them myself... Apple IIgs is how the computer's name is spelt. It was the last type of Apple ][ (two) computer to be released. If not, then one of the latest. That very Ys I game will only work in the Apple IIgs model. All the previous models were 8-bit, but Apple IIgs is 16-bit. "gs" stands for "graphics and sound", even. I also found REALLY viable means to play this game, no matter which OS you use. But I shall create a thread about this only months later, for a reason that doesn't matter right now. xD
