It's October 25th! In 2 months, it'll be December 25th and you know what that means!!!
I'd pull up my list of wants but I can't access Livejournal from work. :P
The only things I can remember off the top of my head are cute stuffies (of Kirby, Taiko no Tatsujin, Piplup), cute stationery, Best Buy gift cert, FutureShop gift cert, Play-Asia (and maybe YesAsia too) gift cert, and money.
I had some games listed as well but it seems that I'm on a roll of buying them for myself. :P

Valkyrie Profile 2 would be awesome, and I plan to assault all the online stores with massive soundtrack purchases.

It's going to be my sons first Christmas, so the focus this year is on making it fun for him. For myself, I'd like to get some of the PS2 Sega Ages games that I'm missing, and the book "The Writers Tale" by Russel T Davies.

I have my eye on Suikoden Tierkreis! The Konamistyle special edition in particular!! Erm... but I don't get any Christamas gifts. (Quaid-e-Azam day, anyone?! X( ) No matter!! I shall buy it for myself! (I'm more interested in the goodies than the actual game actually... :'D I mean, I won't understand a word of it and have no intention of touching it until an English release comes out. Anyone want a Japanese version for free whenever I get me hands on the english version? X'D)

XD I bet he'd LOVE to bang on the drum. ^o^~~~~~~ As for RTD, is this the same RTD from the Doctor Who revival fame? :O

Yup that's the one! Had a flick through it and it looks like a great read.
Getting him on TnT is a great idea! I already have it so I might set it up later for him *dances*

Nothing is on my wishlist. xD I'm happy with all I have, material-wise.
But I guess it's time for me to gather money and buy a laptop. =( Sharing the same computer with over 5 people in my house is troubling sometimes.

Hope his non-Who stuff is better than some of the stuff he comes up with for the show. :/ I wonder if the drum's still for sale in the Marketplace forum. :o Or maybe you can find it locally? I want a real taiko drum or at least the ones that are on the arcade machines? Fufufufufufu~~~~~ .... You can also get your son Dance Dance Revolution!! If he starts now, he'll be among those crazy kids that can do all them zany complex tunes! He'll be showing up everyone that's like 10 years older than him!

Oh I already have TnT 3 and an official drum I bought ages ago so we're all set!
The funny thing you'll learn from the RTD book (been asking a few peeps about it) - pretty much every script that wasn't by Steven Moffat was by him. Other writers wrote it, but the amount of effort he put into the rewrites makes a mockery of the RTD episode = crap attitude I've seen around, because there's not a single episode he hasn't been heavily involved in.
He certainly has his faults as a writer; but I think bringing Who back, getting and keeping a proper budget and primetime slot, attracting critical and commercial success and all the rest means that Who's better with him than without.

Aww. ^.^ It's always so fun making it a good Christmas for the itty bitty kids!
My family has a history of going a little overboard on buying gifts for each other at Christmas... ^^; This year, my parents and I are going in together on a single "family" gift at my mother's suggestion: a Wii.
I was shocked and amazed, considering my mother's stance on games in general (she doesn't get the appeal if it doesn't involve shopping for shoes)... but I've no complaints! XD
I'll probably buy myself a couple wishlist games for it as well.
This isn't holiday related, but I recently got an extra batch of cash at work because my coworkers nominated me for a monthly award dealy. XD So I'll totally be taking that money and using it to supplement my purchase of an Xbox360 when my next paycheck rolls around. (I've had Tales of Vesperia sitting on my TV stand for about a month now...)

Thing is, RTD has some good ideas -- most recent one I can think of was the episode, Midnight, from the season that just ended -- but sometimes, his brain just seems to be waaaaaaay in left field as if he's pumping out dreadful Doctor Who fanfics. Let's see what Moffat comes up with for the upcoming season. :O

I want the Langrisser series Artbooks, the Skies of Arcadia artbook, the ZOE special box set (Its like 300 bucks... not happening), A turbo CD, Earthbound, and my two front teeth.
Honestly I love eating, spending time with family and putting back a good bottle of Scotch. Buying a case of Cafferies, at 20 year bottle of Glenlivet, and a week off is a nice way to spend the holidays.

My family and I have decided to do an "Old Fashion Christmas." Where we just make be it an item or baked good or what not. That is just for the Pollyanna, though we will still get gifts from the parents. As for what I am after...maybe a soldering station...but those can be expensive... -Jeremy

Sorry to burst ur bubbles, but I've never celebrated christmas. I'm not christian and the only times I ever had something was when my parents bought me toys when I was a kid. That stopped like 10 over years ago.
So now christmas is just another day of rest from work for me.
But hey, it's awesome that u are planning on buying and getting gifts. I might indulge in a little online shopping, who knows.

That stopped like 10 over years ago. PSSSSSH. As if it's "still" a Christian holiday! Christmas is TOTALLY commercialized, just like Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, etc. Ya think every company pumping out goods and sales follow Christianity? :B Christmas should just be renamed as Gift Exchange Day or Money Raking for Retailers Time of Year!

Lol. True true. I guess it's the same in many countries throughout the world, christmas day is a time for spending and hunting for sales :P You know, around here, some people get OFFENDED if you say "Merry Christmas" to them. As a result, a lot of retailers ask their staff to say "Season's Greetings" instead. 9_9 They've also cut back on blaring religious Christmas hymns in malls and such. Instead, we get non-stop Silver Bells, Jingle Bells, Deck the Halls, Frosty the Snowman, etc. You know, for some people, these sort of holidays just special days to do special stuff while others view it as having some holy meaning. Both POVs are a-okei in my books. :D

Whoa, so much for all the Santa Claus movies I used to watch when I was young That's what you get for stereotyping other cultures from watching TV eh? Lol. But yeah, it's all cool I suppose. At least my country made it a point for Christmas day to be a holiday. Yay. Sad to be Japanese though, it's not a holiday for them but they still try to party after work that day.
