What pisses me off is there is only one Christmas movie this year. Most of the time, Christmas movies suck balls, but they are great to go see. It totally fits into the "holiday events" thing I always make sure to participate in.

Yeah, I agree. I'll stick with my old stuff. Wacko's Wish, Animaniacs Special, Christmas Story, Rudolf, all that.

I'll probably watch The Spirit. And maybe, just maybe I'll sit through The Day the Earth Stood Still. I mean, Keanu Reeves is 'acting' as an alien, seems about right I suppose.

Plus, if it's like the original movie, something horrible happens to him! XD GodDAMN Hollywood and its incessant remakes. ARGH. And I don't think superhero movies will ever get anything other than reboot stories nowadays. How many times and variations of the origin story do we need to see, dammit?

Bring back the Boobs, Blood, and Bruises era. I miss Arnie, Jean Claude Van Damme, Steven Siegal, and Stallone. Those movies had to be good because they had no special effect to make them look cool.
If a movie has awesome fights, great blood physics, ninja cool explosions, and hot action girls, then its an A+++ title in my eyes.

You are all misspelling The Princess Bride.
(But those two movies are good, too)

I saw it at the theater on opening weekend. I closed my eyes every time the T-1000 was about to stab someone in the eye or whatever it did. ^^ I watched The Princess Bride in elementary school. Can't remember a thing about it other than Princess Buttercup. Guess I should download the thing and watch it again.

Yeah T2 was awesome. T-1000 was awesome. The third movie was kinda meh with some actor I don't even know as John Conner...
But I have hopes for a pretty good T4 next year. Christian Bale as the older John Conner leading the resistance against the machines seems awesome enough.

I can't justify my manhood, and claim to watch a movie called stardust at the same time. The movie got a strict "PASS" from me.

Yeah, wasn't Stardust a Neil Gaiman novel? I mean Neil Gaiman, dude who wrote the Sandman comics and did a collaboration with Terry Pratchet. Now that doesn't sound anything girly at all to me. I read the Stardust Novel and there was nothing girly about it, just a good fairy tale for adults.

I haven't even seen a preview of the film, like I said I heard the title, and assumed the worst.
