Hehe... I found out another bug. A simple ,accidental one though. I got stucked in a wall. Perhaps I could free myself by melting the ice with Fire Magic (I was in Elderm Mountains), but since I was there right after starting a new game, that option wasn't available. It's a bug nonetheless. I recorded it too, of course. I'll upload it later. Also I've recorded very few videos showing that "Wall Dashing" bug. Adol dashes twice as fast when he's next to a wall and other things. It also has side effects, such as making him jump a little higher and also falling faster to the ground (increased "gravity"). Weird one. Also I think most people who have played YsF is aware of that one. I think that's it. I don't think I actually know more interesting YsF bugs. Now I guess I can move on to Ys I MS-DOS and Ys IV PS2 for recording bugs.

I found out about Adol dashing super-fast near walls when I was in Genos Isle.

xD It's useful sometimes.
Also for some weird reason, it seems to work only when Adol is heading to the left, near the walls. Or at least at most times.
And only in certain walls too. It's weird.
I recorded one video in the Abandoned Mine and another in Valestein Castle.

No, not really -- you just have to angle it so that you barely hit the wall while you're running -- practically parallel movement, off by a degree or so. I've done it in all directions. By perfecting this technique, a speedrun of this game is quite probable. ...I wish I could glitch the game and see what happens when you kill priest-dude in Valestine.

(But what I just found out is that there are indeed walls you can use to speed up heading to the right.) ... Perhaps you could do some recording! xDD ...I wish I could glitch the game and see what happens when you kill priest-dude in Valestine. Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that. xD I actually wonder if he can be killed at all. I'll test. Having every available equipment maxed out + Lv60 (with that suicide glitch it will be easy) on very easy might be enough to find that out. Good idea.

Having every available equipment maxed out + Lv60 (with that suicide glitch it will be easy) on very easy might be enough to find that out. Good idea. Well, on Very Easy, I battled him on LV.60 with the Battle equipment and that Talisman that boosts Hero Mode, not to mention I used 19 Katol Elixirs and that Necklace that resurrects you once. I'm pretty sure I inflicted over 100000 damage on his barrier, but it did not break. In other words, I don't think there's a way to beat him on Valestein. It's impossible. If he was defeated somehow, the game would either freeze or proceed as if you died... I think. I don't know, that just can't happen. @_@

Hm.... By killing yourself, you also earn an amount of gold proportional to your Lv.. On Lv.60, you earn 9862 gold! xDD Also whatever you are equipped with doesn't interfere with the amount. What matters is your level. And only now I noticed you can charge your magic while "dead", but you can't actually release it. Too bad. xD I recorded one final video demonstrating how to actually pull the glitch off after Genocide Mode has been activated. It also is a little too big, so it might take some time to upload it.
