wyrd: Do you have the ability to install your own programs (even if it's against company policy)? If so, throw something else (like Pidgin) on there. :P
And do other folks in the company have your problems? I take it everyone is using the most up-to-date version?

I just made a new AIM. I hadn't done anything with it for months, I regret the old username, and I only had one friend.

If you add me on either service, send me a PM -- I have it set to block anyone on AIM that I don't have added, and I don't "Allow" anyone on MSN unless I know who they are. (And for what it's worth: I use Pidgin, myself. Trillian was okay in the 3.x days, but I bought the Pro version only to find out that the added features were either insubstantial or broken, and that really bugged me -- and the beta version of Trillian Astra I tried was bad enough to drive me away for good -- I think Wyrdwad basically summed up the reasons why.) |
