Hey, School Days seems pretty hip. What with having bad ends that are actual bad ends, rather than "Oh she hates me now." I mean, like, bad ends that you'd find at the start of crime novels and shit.
Can't be that bad, right? Right? Please? Because I was kinda interested in that shit ;_;

Well, I didn't have much problem with the "nice boat" ending, but I just couldn't stand how idiotic everyone in the anime is. For example, the girls should have dumped him when they found out. In fact, the protagonist should have gotten neutered by the end of episode 3. Seriously, he went as low as one can get.

Oh, I saw the ending of that anime. It was... something. xD Not good to watch with kiddies by your side.

Nope!!! It's Official!! Ys SEVEN will be on PC!!
Those who know Japanese, go read your Falcom Mail!
Edit: Okie lessee...
Ys Seven will be out this September on the PC. Continues from Ys 6. There's going to be a new battle system. It's like an upgrade from the usual 'Ys Action' style gameplay... and there's going to be... a "Party Play" style.... woo... I sense a "Adol + Dogi combi"
People from past games will appear again, no mentioning of names except the person writing the email said that Chester is his/her personal favourite...

Nope!!! It's Official!! Ys SEVEN will be on PC!! Those who know Japanese, go read your Falcom Mail! Unless I'm missing something, no, it says nothing about it being on PC in the mail magazine. Are you referring to this bit by any chance? Cus that says 'Ys 7, which will be released in September 2009, will be the continuation of Ys 6, which was released on the PC, and a completely original new title.' The PC is describing Ys 6, not 7.

Oh... shit Yeah I see it. PLAYSTATION PORTABLE. My worst fears have come to fruition... I'm so screwed... Falcom has just lost one of her PC fans.... Don't mind me... I'll just go hide in a corner and cry...

I think you two need PSPs, stat. -Tom wyrdy you know I have one! It's just pure pain to play on. We've had this discussion. I think I'm going to have to buy a second one, though, because I'm going to need the TV output or reading the text in Legend of Heroes 7 is going to give me migraines.

Ah, yeah, if you have an old PSP, I highly recommend ditching it and grabbing yourself a slim model. The difference is night and day... the slim model will put your mind at ease, I think. Or at Ys, as it were. -Tom Is it more comfortable to hold, then? I suppose at least the weight problem will be alleviated. My main problems right now lie in the control, even with that PS2 grip (which I've left at home in England, dammit). Gurumin was bad enough, I can't imagine something even more intense like Ys using this and its feeble analogue nub. I want to be proven wrong though, I really do. Either way I'll most likely pick up a 3000 (I like the look of that blue carnival colours one) and component cable - maybe tomorrow in time for Brandish, I have bic camera points to blow - so we shall see. At the very least it apparently makes the GPS addon work faster!

Uh, guys. You speak as if there is no global recession going on? Sacrifices have to be made. I was and still am expecting any 2009/2010 Falcom games to be all PSPs, including the Legend of the Heroes 7.

Uh, guys. You speak as if there is no global recession going on? The sevens have been in development for ages. This is not a recent decision. Besides, the PC is cheap to develop for and their fanbase is, as we're seeing here, pretty loyal and set in the ways. Tons of games are still selling like hot cakes because people need escapist entertainment. No chance. Falcom have no interests in this stuff at this time of global crisis. And Atlus have little interest in profit. They're localised far less profitable titles than this before... in fact they'll localise pretty much anything these days.

No chance. Falcom have no interests in this stuff at this time of global crisis. Falcom will be happy to have someone bring it over here. Even if it doesn't sell well, the loss will be of the company that ported it, not Falcom's. And go take a good look at how many video games Atlus is releasing at "this time of global crisis." Companies like Atlus are the best bet for this game's coming over here.

I'm very positive there will be eventual localization. =)

About localizing, it's just a matter of a company willing to hand over money to Falcom and invest the time and manpower into translating. X_x
As for Ys Seven being on PSP. Eh, I'll live. I like the PSP, I like the PC, and I like the DS~!
The only gripe I have is that I will not be able to play the game in full screen at 1680x1050 with all sorts of visual effects jacked up the maximum. :P

Good choice to put it on the PSP. I would of settled for a PSN or XBOXLIVE release but still cool.
