Snow isn't that bad. It's better than rain. Snow at least isn't immediately wet. But snow and rain, are bother part of Nature. Me and That Lady have an agreement. I don't bother her, she don't bother me. It's worked out so far.
After all, the world still exists.

How can camels be greater than snow? They don't naturally fall from the sky!!! And you can't walk in them, throw them, shovel them, roll in them, eat ... them ... Living objects can most definitely be shoveled! My skull is proof. True story... :( Snow isn't that bad. It's better than rain. Snow at least isn't immediately wet. Snow gets your clothes wet sneakily, though. I hate that. You think, "Oh, just a little snow." Next thing you know your wool coat smells like a dumpster and weighs 300 lbs and pours water everywhere. I prefer rain, really, for walking, driving, anything! One summer night, it was raining ridiculously hard, and a coworker came to me and a friend while we were on a desk shift and told us to come in the office and go jump in puddles. So we did. I must admit, she was right to think it was a good idea. We made lake angels. Yes, lake angels. I can understand why not everyone would want to play that game, though. To make a long story short: nobody can really be sure of what camels really are. I believe them to be a liquid of an incomprehensibly high viscosity, but some claim they are in fact a solid. To those people: You are stupid. Shut up. edit: fixing broken smiley :( edit again: oh god they're all broken

Yay! Ironically, my sig doesn't use the caps either.
Mweehehee. I'll change it back eventually. :P
And back to the topic ... sort of. I don't understand why people use umbrellas in REALLY WINDY RAINY WEATHER. :/ Maybe it's a Mary Poppins thing in that they hope they can fly into the sky like her? Or maybe Sharry Bobbins and fly into a plane?
... That infernal thread in the other forum has melted my brain.

I admit it, I once had a bad encounter with a camel. It took a year to get my hair back -_-

lol, the sand in my comparison of snow and sand was actually referring to the type of sand you find on beaches on a hot summer day... suddenly we get into camels and other crazy stuff, heheh. I just meant that I generally like winter over summer.
I've always thought that I love the snow and winter so much cuz I was born in it. Nothing like waiting for your birthday, Christmas time, the holidays, and a great blanket of snow on your street to do all the fun stuff in. I like rain too (i'm strangely fascinated by storms), but there's nothing like watching a good snow fall. I've always thought of it like, in the Summer you can only go as far as your skin to get cool but in Winter you can almost limitlessly pile on the layers to stay warm and enjoy the weather. Then again, if it's a blizzard or an ice storm it's pretty unbearable (but hot weather has it's own counterpart to that... hazes, blazes, and smog. Summer of 05 was unbearable). A lot of people hate it in Canada (the majority of people i've talked to, actually) because we don't constantly get warm weather... but If I had to move to some where else in the world it'd have to have snow some time in the year, I'm really happy that we get all kinds of weather up here and not have to get into terrible storms or anything. You've just really got to take extra precautions in winter (the worst thing is that not everyone does, causing those who do to suffer for it), but I really find it worth while.

Pollution you can see filling the air. I doesn't happen here where I live, much, but when you get into the city (Toronto) you can see it covering the skyline. The severe heat coupled with smog really gets to the old folk (and some other folk too like people with asthma) I actually don't remember it ever happening much before 2005 (might have happened a bit in the years before, though). It lasted quite a while that year... 2006 was much better in comparison.

I've seen you post before and saw Yokota Air Base as your location and thought "Japan? nah" Strangely, I always thought that the only thing less likely to happen than a someone posting from Japan would be for someone to post from India.
