Konno's got Stand Alone Complex, Wolf's Rain, and Escaflowne as far as anything I like goes (I don't tend to like everything in those soundtracks, although everything goes amazingly well with the animes, since it's all so different). Only thing i've heard from kajiura is Noir and .hack/sign and both are amazing soundtracks, imo. I don't enjoy much anime, although i've seen a lot... a lot of it has grown really cliche for me.
awesome sig, btw... I love shooters but I hate that I probably haven't tried the best the genre can offer (radiant silvergun, for example)

Why was Dragonforce the first band that came to mind anyway? Cuz they're the only metalish band that keeps popping up on my shuffled iPod tracks. :(

I love shooters but I hate that I probably haven't tried the best the genre can offer (radiant silvergun, for example) Ah yeah, I forgot .hack SIGN somehow (which is odd because I love the music). Made SIGN watchable even though the series itself was pretty dull. Noir's I liked in the second half. SIGN's probably my second favourite of hers, though I have a soft spot for Mai HiME's seen as I loved the second half of that series and the soundtrack's darker tracks are fantastic. Especially Mezame. And cheers. I'd love to play Radiant Silvergun but, well, you probably know how much it sells for these days. Ikaruga, made by the same people, always felt quite stiff for me though. I like the colour system but the movement and the speed you go at just didn't do it for me so I sort of lost interest. The ones in my sig are from the Touhou series, which are a bunch of PC shooters made by one guy who does all the music, programming, art, designs etc that seem to be eating all my free time lately. Well worth a try if you like shooters cus the 3 level demos are free, and the games themselves cost like... $20 each. Imperishable Night's my favourite, though Perfect Cherry Blossom has the coolest extra levels (one of which is here - not the best run, but you get the point. First half isn't that hard, second half's pure evil. It doesn't have to be quite that hard though... Phantasm is just for crazy people) </off topic game pimping>

Alizee was decent... But all the blatant ass shots might be influencing my opinion... Wait, she sang? I swear, I never heard any of her music! Must've accidentally bumped my mute button.
