I'll get to work on that list. I'll add it to this post when I finish (it'll take a few minutes to type up).
Here we go: Note they're very rough cut downs of the meanings for easy reading's sake.
So only the 'right way up' meanings are used.
Any character for whom I've seen an alternate spelling for- as I know different folks prefer dif ones- I listed both for. Barring certain surnames of course.
And above all: these are all up for debate. If you have a better idea for a card- let me know!
--The Major Arcana--
00 - The Fool (Adol)
A journey's beginning. Leaving the past behind. Recklessness in one's way of living.
01 - The Magician (Toal/Thor Fact)
One in control of their surroundings; a powerful manipulator for good or evil. A clever man of secretive nature.
02 - The High Priestess (Lair/Reah)
A gentle guidance in matters spiritual; a wise woman who sets the heart at ease and grants knowledge where there is none.
03 - The Empress (Feena)
A woman of great beauty and bounty. Mother and creator both, she teaches of ingenuity and love of all kinds.
04 - The Emperor (Dark Fact-human form?)
A man of great insight and ambition. He can be a conqueror or a father, leaving a lasting mark on history in some fashion.
05 - The High Priest (Syon/Sion)
Divine wisdom granted to mortal hand; one who upholds the ways of tradition when the winds of change threaten to destroy all.
06 - The Lovers (Dogi and Adol)
Commitment, respect and adoration. The willingness of two to become one in an endeavour- be it of the romantic sort or simply as friends.
07 - The Chariot
Two opposing forces harnessed by another to work together toward a goal. Will power and self control, as well as control of the surroundings of the harnesser.
08 - Strength (Karna)
Great courage (typically shown by a woman fearlessly standing by a lion), determination and will power. She fears no challenge against her, be it of physical or spiritual nature.
09 - The Hermit (Goban Toba)
One who looks inward for their answers- a man of great self insight and thus who can learn to understand others in a new light. Actions are carefully thought on before enacted, and always open to reevaluation.
10 - Wheel of Fortune (The Black Pearl)
A change in fortune; destiny being forwarded or held back by an outward force beyond a person's ability to control.
11 - Justice (Chester)
Blindfolded so the eyes may not deceive, Justice wields a sword to cut one's bonds or throat depending on the way the scales tip. Impartial and oft seen as merciless.
12 - The Hanged Man (Keith Fact)
One who has stopped to look at the world; a person suspended in time to find a new view on matters. A person who is reevaluating their stance in life and how they wish to proceed.
13 - Death (Eldeel)
A bringer of tumultous change; the breaking of one's illusions or a forced change in themselves or their life for good or ill in health or wealth, often without warning.
14 - Temperance (Elena)
One who lives in harmony and brings it to the world about her. A quiet, contemplative presence to soothe a troubled mind and heart.
15 - The Devil (Darm)
A cruel tempter and binder of the will and who preys on one's fears and desires. Ruin always follows in his wake.
16 - The Tower (
Damn Darm Tower)
A shattering of one's perceptions of the world; sometimes of themselves as well. The destruction of one's beliefs and mentality.
17 - The Star (Sarah Toba)
A guiding presence in the darkest of times- she holds aloft a light to show the path one must take when all seems lost. A bringer of hope and help.
18 - The Moon (Dalles)
A clever deceiver and betrayer- this one offers light as well, but only to lure one to their despair.
19 - The Sun (Yunica)
A glorious and powerful person content in their life; one who cannot be deceived or led astray by clever words or dirty tricks.
20 - Judgement
The summation of one's life and actions- rewards given or punishment met out. (I suspect this will be more an 'event' card than a character card)
21 - The World (the Goddesses holding the Black Pearl in White Emel form)
Completion of a cycle; peace with nature and one's self- A fulfillment of one's innermost being.

King of Swords
One who has a presence of authority; A straight forward upholder of the law without exception and giver of advice.
Queen of Swords (Zava)
A cold and sarcastic woman of great ambition; one who has gained insight at great cost.
Knight of Swords (Ernst)
An ambitious and assertive man; he is confident and never hesitates to move ahead.
Page of Swords (Hugo Fact)
A spy or bearer of ill tidings who's news may bring about great upset, but who's actions may also salvage the situation.
King of Cups
A generous, compassionate and intelligent man; he is free willed and willing to share his knowledge with all who need it.
Queen of Cups (Epona)
A woman of creativity and imagination; she is very intelligent but also a bit of a flirt- though she offers nothing without a promise of commitment in return.
Knight of Cups (Luta)
A man of gentle and sensitive nature; a poet and lover before all else given to acts of kindness.
Page of Cups (Rico)
Bearer of good tidings; a young man or boy of great imagination and intellect.
King of Pentacles
A kind and gentle man- but one with a firm head on his shoulders rather than up in the clouds. He is a good organizer and quick to gain wealth of both money and people.
Queen of Pentacles (Cadena)
A generous and sensual woman; she is highly resourceful and open minded, and quick to gain whatever bounty she sets her mind to.
Knight of Pentacles (Geis)
A dependable man of practical nature; a trustworthy soul who never gives up even in the darkest of times.
Page of Pentacles
A young man confident in his skills but still looking to learn; a young hopeful embarking on his first business.
King of Wands
An ambitious man; he is loyal to his ideals and those who are in turn loyal to him. He promotes the need for knowledge above all else.
Queen of Wands (Rizze)
A courageous and confident woman; she needs no one to survive and makes her own way.
Knight of Wands
A man newly beginning a journey; one who seeks new knowledge and new places for their own sake.
Page of Wands
An optimistic young man who frequently brings good news; an easily excited sort who is easily pleased.
