It says 'Insert game disc'.
You remedy this problem by inserting the game disc.

If that's the install screen, it installs the game discs in order. So if you have Disc 1 in the drive, put in disk 2. Then next time it stops, put in disk 3.

this is strangely hilarious I wonder if it's the CD ROM version of the game? Is this being installed with the ISO by mounting the image onto a virtual drive? I mean, if it's the DVD-ROM one, I believe there's only an install disc and game disc. I can't remember if you need to remove the install disc at any point though.

Huh?
There's only a DVD-ROM one, and it only comes with a single disc ;o

I was wondering about that but Play-Asia lists a CD-ROM one too. @_@ You mean the one that says (DVD-ROM) in the name but 'Compatible with CD-ROM' in the description? I get the impression Play-Asia just don't know what they're talking about. Like how Amazon Japan has a lot of blurays marked as DVDs, even though they're not. Checked Falcom's site, Wikipedia, Amazon Japan etc and none of them have any mention whatsoever of a CD version.

XD!! But I found a multi-CD torrent listed as a repack. :o Dunno what repack means in piratey terms. A comment of the torrent also pointed to this forum. :3 I take it this is the same one that Wanderer From Ys got.

If the only source of a CD version is some torrent, I'm inclined to believe they made it on their own. After all, the morons in the 'scene' are notoriously clingy to old technology (die xvid die).

I use XviD cuz it works and I'm too lazy to see what other compression formats YouTube takes. :P
