it feels like i hit that a wall.. yeah i need help

ok first to start this thread right Oueeendaaaaan!!( i kinda expect cheerleaders and a song)

ok i recently got my greasy hand on a copy of the pc version on this game. if it help on on vista home premium 64 bit. first i tried installing the patch that i found on the internet. i think i did it right my version is 1.0.0. at least that what a guide told me to do. second problem is it wont start with no english patch or with it

seeing as this is a Ys place i thought you guys would be the ones to solve my problem or tell me i wasted money.
( i still expect cheerleader and that song come on i said OUEEENDAN!!)

Trying very hard to remember how to do this....

So there are three versions of the patch.
1109 limited version only
1202 standard version only
1305 vista version only

Don't remember if the version information is on your box or not... and I can't check as mine's at my parent's house. At any rate, go in my computer/local disk (C:)/Falcom/Ys6_win and find the application file. Should be called Ys6_win. Hover over that to confirm what version you have.

Go there, register, and download the appropriate patch and you should be good to go. Let us know if you're still having problems.

thanks for the help guys, i eventually got it thru trial and error though. had to go to the falcom folder in my computer but i got it too work and its an amazing game thats all i can say .... it makes me want to pull out my Ys oath of felghana though( i have to see where i put that)

Cool, glad you have it working. A lot of us know that feeling of a game not working right away; sucks but worth the effort.
