So, me and Muta have decided. The sound team's name? (and this is completely serious.)
Sgt. Beet's Prismal Hearts Club Band.
Yes?

Lt. Salt sounds better.

Alright! I don't know how serious you are, but go for it!

So. Seeing as, -I think-, we have most of this figured out. What's the next step? Or am I rushing?

I believe first, I should provide you with some kind of samples of area artwork, possibly storyboard as well. That way, you can come up with some suitable musical piece. However, this will regrettably have to wait. I need to transfer all possible data backups to my new HDD, once it arrives. I should be able to show the team what we're working on at that point.

Sounds good. I'll be awaiting the news, then. :P
Just a quick question, though. Your game, does it have a specific theme at all?

I've been writing melodies like mad lately, so I have a feeling I actually might be able to make some decent themes for you guys.
I do wonder though, would we work on multiple projects in tandem or just one at a time? Either one is fine with me, though since mine is probably the most ambitious, it'd be best to leave it for later. :/

The theme of the game... will be discussed in private. It's somewhat similar to a classic game in particular, yet so much more complex. It's full of retro, yet at the same time, more advanced. The next step, we'll have to come up with a private message board, e-mail list or otherwise -- simply meant for the staff. Another one will eventually come for fans and all who are curious. (Minus spambots.) I might consider getting our own proboards for this purpose. Wyrdwad is incorrect; but it was a good try. We will be working on one project at a time. I want to be able to dedicate all of our resources toward one project at a time, so that we can keep on track and furthermore, ensure that a high level of quality is being met. I also believe that our projects have an equal level of ambition. What is quality, without ambition?

I think it would be a good idea to make our own forum for it, if everyone else agrees. That way we could have easily organized boards, with current projects and future projects, and various other boards if suitable. Each project's board could be divided into public info and developer talk sections, with the latter restricted to team members only. Although, on that note, I think some community involvement with some working aspects would be ideal--mayhaps a separate section for that?
That aside, I think my project is VERY ambitious, considering it's going to be gameplay-centric, with numerous deeper-than-an-abyss systems and a huge focus on customization. I can guarantee it'll be a bitch to code, and while I certainly feel bad about that, my obsession with forging the perfect action RPG gameplay is pushing me forward like a teenage mutant pro wrestler beaver high on 3,000 cans of Red Bull.
... I need sleep. e_@

And Ryu. I'll be right behind you~ Making sure you don't go too ape on us. But, yes. I believe Ryu/Muta's idea is fantastic. If you could, Unsavory, we could make psb.proboards.com. :p
