I didn't forget, the problem was after the sixth or seventh edit pass (trying to get everything to fit in the text boxes and correcting context errors) I realised that there's no reason to carry on when the font itself still needs fixing and finalising, otherwise I'm just going to be editing my edits further down the line.
The big problem there is that Darkstar hasn't been in touch since late July :S It'd be a shame for the project to snag on something like this.
Just bumping this in the hopes for a bit of help - I would like to continue on with this but without a font hack there's no way I can start on the story or tidy up all the item names and so on. I can sort out things like changing lettering colour and spacings within the text itself, I just need someone to stick a working smaller font in the game for me to use.
Thank you for offering to help, but the real problem at the moment isn't with the translating itself, it's a technical issue with the standard in-game English font being much too big for practical use.
If we can get past this though I'll definitely be bugging you for your support ^^~
I'd say do what I ended up doing for Zwei 2, and just translating the lines for now, to be productive with the time, and then if you're all done and still no font bearer has showed up, light some fires.
