Let’s start with…Command and Conquer / Legend of Heroes VI: Sora no Kiseki. Classic RPG gameplay.
Okay, the setting is about four years after the end of the Third Tiberium War on Earth, and four years after the end of the events in SnK 3rd in Liberl.
In the midst of GDI rebuilding their smashed up civil/military/social infrastructure after having finished off all Nod and Scrin forces on Earth, the remaining Threshold tower in Italy, controlled by Kane activates a series of wormhole portals around GDI Blue Zones, linking the Kingdom of Liberl to Earth. After a few extremely cautious (and heavily armed) GDI companies pass through the portals expecting the Marked of Kane, Scrin, a Reedemer sitting on top of a Scrin Mothership or worse, meeting Cassius, Morgan, and Richard with the Liberl Army behind them is a complete surprise on so many levels.
After a few stubbed toes and such, Liberl and GDI begin eager negotiations for open trade of technology, supplies, goods and such, top Bracers are given access to Earth, joint projects are created and worked on, everyone’s happy.
Except, people like Nick “Havoc” Parker remember that Kane does not engage in philanthropy, and warn everyone who listens (including the Bright family) that the war against the Brotherhood of Nod hasn’t ended, not by a long shot.
And it hasn’t, with Kane first bringing Tiberium stockpiles from Earth and making a few arrangements with Ouroboros to seed them in certain areas so that patches of Tiberium crystals absorb septium shards, building up the Brotherhood with discontent citizens from the continent, stealing critical information on Orbment technology/arts, and upgrading LEGION however he may.
With the stories of three devastating wars of Earth in their minds, the Bracer Guilds, GDI, the Liberl Kingdom, and the Church begin their operations against both the Brotherhood of Nod and Ouroboros, to root them out wherever they may be, disarm the LEGION AI, stop the growth of Tiberium on the continent as well as Earth, take control of Threshold 19, and prevent any further incursion from the Scrin.
And in a dark room with red lights, Kane starts one of his craaaazy man grins.
