And that's interesting in the sense that you've never played anything like "that game" or "those games" before.
Maybe it's a unique game mechanic or gimmick that was never used again or rarely seen in another title or crazy plot twists that felt original.
Unfortunately, I can't think of a title to fits the bill right off the top of my head. XD Or maybe I'll just say the Shadow Hearts series (for the Judgement Wheel)? ^^

Space Invaders '95: Attack of the Lunar Loonies... I don't think it can be properly described in English. For a game I'm interested in playing that's original, Hyperdimensional Neptunia or whatever the hell the localized title is seems like a unique game I'd like.

its well known, but Valkyria Chronicles is unique and interesting, in the form of gameplay, and graphics I guess.

Artstyle: DIGIDRIVE
A simple but addictive DSiWare game that's a remake of the JP only GBA title. I have never been able to properly explain the appeal of the game. Maybe it's how the presentation is so minimal but yet perfectly sufficient as a good puzzle game should be. Maybe it's how intense the game can get as you're trying to juggle 2-3 lv.MAX circles. When I was going for the high score medals on the highest difficulty, I found myself sometimes having to pause the game and clear my head before I screwed up. and yeah.. I consider that cheating ;P

Deadly Rooms of Death, aka "DROD". The game's really similar to WonderQuest, if anyone's played that before.
It's a turn-based puzzle game where you move, and the enemies react accordingly, the goal generally being to clear a room of enemies in one go, and then move onto other rooms. While the game is pretty challenging and has a bit of a learning curve, it's very rewarding to finish the harder rooms (referring more to the official holds (a collection of levels), not necessarily the user-made ones).
While you do need to pay for the official holds, there is plenty of content to keep one busy simply by downloading the latest demo, which gives you access to all of the non-official user-made holds (some pretty good stuff there, but the difficulty/entertainment value varies from hold to hold). Aside from not being able to play the official holds (which are as good a starting point as any), the other main downside is that you can't upload your high scores without a membership.

Nunuu always makes the most fascinating topics. Pikmin. Playing as an alien who roots up sentient vegetables to fight predators and collect pieces of a spaceship in an almost RTS style? I'd say that fits interesting. I haven't played the the indie game Flower, but I hear it fits the description. I thnk you use wind to blow and plant seeds. . . or something like that. Also, Elder Squirrels. I'll put together a team and make it just for you, Nuu. It'll be a retirement home sim mixed with Animal Crossing.

I recognize and agree with a lot of the titles listed by everyone so far. :D Katamari Damacy was pretty different and interesting then .... it stopped being interesting after a few sequels since there's only so far you can take the concept, really.
Ah, Digidrive. Forgot that game existed because I suck at it. I bought it though, along with AQUIA & PiCTOBiTS. I suck at PiCTOBiTs as well but can play a decent game of AQUIA. ^^ At least, I think so. Got up to some level beyond level 15, I think. Too lazy to check my DSi XL. :P
Hirm, are there any other games that were like Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure? I mean, having a puzzle gaming aspect in with some platforming made it pretty unique to me!

Ouendan! X'D
I guess that's not a very unique game to pick though as everyone has played and loved it ne? X'D But I really, REALLY loved how perfectly it used the stylus.
I think the only other that pops into my mind is RIZ-ZOAWD/Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. The gameplay itself was nothing really grand or terribly innovative like so. :'D A very nice and simple dungeon crawler. Yet I loved the main controls for moving. That little ball was oddly so fun and actually made the trek through the dungeons feel intresting!
...Probably that was only me feeling that though. *people complain of wrist aches?!*
...And both titles I picked have something to do with a stylus. D: *easily amused by gimmicks apparently?! :'D*
Moving away from the DS, the only other title that pops into my boring easily amused brain is Thousand Arms. X'D I loved the forging/weapon leveling up system in that game. Reminded me a wee bit of Ar Tonelico in a way? Date the girls, give them presents, pick original locations to charm them off their feet, and then.... basically use them in the blacksmith atelier to level up your weapon!
As cheesy and cliche as the game was even, I kind of remember it being terribly nice. X'D

The presentation of Ouendan & Elite Beat Agents is unique, but the game itself is pretty standard fair for music games.
For music games that blends the line between rhythm and arcade gaming, I put forth Frequency, Amplitude, and Technic Beat. Most games that try to do both end up disjoint but the above listed are the few that can be approached from either genre
