It's about damn time that we got a new setting and protagonist. The Renaissance got old two games ago. Here's hoping they don't stretch this one out for an ungodly amount of time (though I seriously expect they will)...

To be honest, im glad Ezio got 3 main games, And Revelations also served to close the Crusade AND Renaissance era. After following Altair and Ezio through most of their lives, how can i not be pleased with Brotherhood and Revelations? I was happy that Ezio got 3 games, when they moved from 1 to 2, I Still felt there was much more to flesh out on Altair´s character. Besides, quickling moving from 1 to 2 dint mean they had to follow that patron all the time. Also, expect more games with the era and new MC, becuase he was stated to "Grow in the story, like Ezio"

Also, expect more games with the era and new MC, because he was stated to "Grow in the story, like Ezio" Revelations was clearly filler. It was nice to hear how Altair's life turned out, but they were definitely grasping at straws for a way to have a game in 2011 while also working on a full-blown sequel for 2012. I don't mind side-stories or extra details about the plot, but Ubisoft is just really getting under my skin by releasing a new game in this franchise every year. They aren't doing it because they just love the characters and have so much to say about them. They want your money.

Well, if they wanted my money, they deserved it. It was a good story that couldnt be potentially explored in spin-offs such as Bloodlines or Legacy. It was just for the console and im happy with It.
But i do agree that they should stop making a game each year, It´ll be Call of Duty if they release III, then III´S sequel in 2013, Then another game that is not 4 in 2014, Just to release 4 In 2015. And so...........
Yup, the gameplay would get old.
