Soooo...seeing as the release of a Legend of Heroes game is actually coming near for the states, which is OUTSTANDING news, I figured it was about time I talked to my old man and asked him to get me a PSP, hahahaha ! I have ONE question though...I heard the Japanese PSP is NOT region protected, so it can play Japanese and U.S. PSP games then, right? So.....what about the american PSP? Could I just buy a PSP from the states and still import games and be able to play them even if it's not a Japanese PSP? Sorry I don't have any knowledge in the PSP section even though I'm a sony fanboi XP. My heart has been with the PS2 (well..and upcoming 3), sooo..this is new to me. But any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I hate to seem as if I am spamming here, but I just wanted to say thank you and that helped clear a lot of things up. Because now I know that even if I get an american PSP, I can play Japanese OR american PSP games on it . I don't really mind the UMDs too much, since I'll just get it on DVD instead, but I am really glad to hear about the games being region free. Thanks again friends =^..^=! *waves quickly, then runs off*

Keep in mind before you decided to import Legend of Heroes 3(the one being released here is LOH 4), I read somewhere, that Bandai is thinking about tinkering with 3, & releasing it later, as well as releasing LOH 5. Though, frankly, I wonder what they will call them, since they're calling 4th game in the series, simply Legend of Heroes. The subtitle to the game atleast would be nice, especially if they're going to release the prequal, unless they for some strange reason call it LOH 2 or 3, depending on when they release 5 ofcoarse. I'm kind of mad about this, especially since I own the first 2 games, & I want people to not get confused, thinking 4 the begining of the series(not that there is continuity between the 1st 2 games & the Garghav Trilogy). Not to mention if someone, maybe Konami ends up releasing LOH 6 1 & 2 for PS2 or PS3.

My first actual thought was to look for Legend of Heroes for my PS2, but..eh...no luck . Hahaha. So..I decided to ask my dad for a PSP, since we will be getting an english release XD! By the way..I am sure that the dialogue/plot is really good, but I would still probably import it anyways, just for the sheer gameplay and awesomeness, haha. That's what I did with a Get Backers RPG. I didn't understand ANYTHING they were talking about, but I loved that game soooo much ^.^;. I suppose it's the same as to why I love Japanese pop, rock, etc. even though I don't understand anything they are saying at all, hahaha. Well, anyways..sorry to go off-topic so much like that, but I do really believe I would import it regardless and still have so much fun with it, hehe. Ah..anyways..back to waiting for Legend of Heroes. Look out October! You'll be more amazed from this release than the scary costumes you'll be seeing on Halloween! P.S. In other words..it's even more amazing that Falcom is releasing another game over here. That's more jaw-dropping than any costume you'll see someone in, on Halloween =3. Sorry for the confusion! I just can't wait to see it >.<! Hahahaha.
