Well I think to mod my gamecube to play import games on it directly. I ve seen there is emulator snes for example, does someone know if there is a emulator for PC-engine on it ? I've got the originals and If it was possible to convert them on minidvd it would be great to play it on the cube . so ?

I could be wrong but I would imagine it would harder to get the PC Engine games to work on the cube. Now the version of Hugo for moddified Xboxes will play just about all of the Ys PC Engine games perfectly, aside from having voice sound in Ys IV. It will also play the original disc iso of the Ys games directly from the internal dvd-drive. Though, some need to be placed on a dvd or cdr-w for the Xbox to recognize the disc format. Depends on the Xbox.
If you do decide to go the route of modding your cube, please keep us informed as to how well it emulates the PC Engine games.
