I emailed Falcom about 2 weeks ago about ordering Sen No Kiseki for the Vita and I thought to get the CD bundle because it seemed interesting and because legend of the heroes is amazing I figured it would be a good thing to do. I emailed both order_h19 and support_h19 and add them as a contact so that the emails would appear first and auto set themselves as important.I have resent my email to them last week to both addresses and I starting to get worried that I may never see an email from them. I used the Endless History plus the thread on ordering from them on this form as well. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me and if anyone knows what would be the best thing to do about this it would be greatly appreciated, and also I will post if they happen to send me an email which my expected date to see an email back from them is currently the reasles date of of Zero no Kiseki in the U.S. Thanks!

Well I have a similar experience when I bought one of the specials that was on sale. It took them like more then 2 weeks to respond and by that time, the sale was already over and sold out. But trust me, Falcom is top notch, although they don't really respond with proper english, they immediately responded by honoring that deal. I think its usually on more popular items, where they often come pretty late to replying to your order request. Often times most of my orders are usually responded in 3 to 5 days.

I was hoping that they would grant special bonuses or discounts to people who had sent in before the time ran out or too many people sent in because they were offering bonuses to thoose who pre order LOH 8 and I was hoping to get thoose as well so this is very good to hear. Thanks!

The unusually long delay might have to do with the fact that Falcom was sold out of their copies of the game by the beginning of September.

They had just responded a few minutes ago. Thank you for posting on here and that is very interesting that they sold out so fast, bt these games are very popular if I remember right so thats not very surprising, but it sold out for good reason.

They discounted to game from 8,190 yen to 7,200 yen I must give them major props for this and thank them a bunch because that was very nice of them, so lesson learned never order from play-asia with Falcom games because Falcom is amazing even if they are slower than I would like.
